Ride & inconsiderate lady working there today on 5/02/2025. the lady working there at 1:45 p.m. told me to stand out of the way to take a white gentleman over me to check him out and I had already been waiting in line. talk about racism

Bad customer service. Tried 3 pumps. Went in and a long line to just ask a question. Saw an employee just behind the counter stocking so I ask her a question and she is super annoyed. Tells me she is busy stocking and what my problem is. I tell her and she says well let me finish counting and stocking this box and then I will be out. What the heck. So you want me to wait outside for what 10 minutes while you finish something? Your first priority is helping customers. You can come back to stocking. She was extremely rude and seemed very frustrated by multi-tasking. I obviously left and will now think about stopping somewhere else.

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! I've purchased about 3 replacement propane tanks and all of them but one are broken. I came back to the store with no manager on site and explained the situation to the associate. He refused to exchange the broken propane tank so I asked for him to call his manager that didn't answer the phone. I came back again with 2 managers in site and basically told me that I purchased a broken tank and too bad so sad. I called blue rhino customer service and they made the manager give me a new tank. Before that they wanted to speak to the manager who rudely ripped my phone off my hand. She said "well this is the 4th time he has done this" I said ma'am this is the 4th time I've visited the store because none of y'all are working. I've always purchased my exchange's. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this store because of the customer service but also because all their tanks are broken. Sue Ann you should take some customer service classes :)

Had trouble with the other Murphy so i started coming to this one. Everyone here is very friendly everytime i come in. They have my drinks on sale so i been coming often. Gas price is pretty good as well. Always seemed to be well stocked. Good place to come to

This Walmart-attached gas station is in Schertz. Which is a word that combines "sh**" and "it hurts." So next time you want to say "sh**, it hurts", just shorten it to "Schertz!" Whenever we are close to San Antonio, this is a good stop for gas, price wise. In this case we were struggling, tired, without a hotel room (although I got one soon after), and we were having car trouble (ugh), so I had to stop for a while and buy some stuff and get some gas and this is where we filled her up. So to speak. It's a good choice because it's probably cheaper than most of the gas stations within a few miles of here, and on some days it's the cheapest in Texas. Then again it's owned by Walmart so you can't have everything.

Looking for propane...employee sold it and did not know they were out...20 minutes later...terrible place and should be avoided, at least for propane...very poor management.

I have been going to this store for a very long time. And my experience with the staff mainly the female manager, which is where the professional example should start is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand people having a bad day and this is why I kept coming back. The disrespect and attitude is beyond comprehension. I will never come to this store again and my family will never come here. I find it difficult to understand how anyone actually shops there. Shame on you Murphy’s for allowing this to happen Day in and day out.

I go the extra distance to buy non-ethanol fuel for my boat motors and my gas powered garden equipment. I have not had to do a carb rebuild since I started this about two years ago. I failed to notice until yesterday that their diesel is less than HEB. I’ll drive the extra time.
