DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!We rented this mobile mini to put our furniture in and thought it would be easier on us because we wouldn't have to go back and forth to a storage place. They dropped off mini mobile and after they left the Lock they gave us would not work. We called and told them our problem. We waited two weeks to get a new lock. In the meantime had to park car in front of door so nobody could get in. After a couple of months it rained really hard. We opened the mobile unit and noticed there was a leak on right side. We called them and told them our problem. We noticed there was a strong smell and realized that everything inside the mobile was molded. All our furniture was ruined. Green mold on everything. We lost all of our furniture. About 13000 dollars worth. We became so sick just trying to go thru all of our items. They have refused to pay for our loss stating that it was condensation not water damage that caused the mold when we specifically saw the water coming in on the side of roof. It was never checked out before being dropped off at our place. I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY...TERRIBLE FOLLOW THRU....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to call him 3 times in order to get all of the information my boss wanted. He was courteous each and every time and never let me feel like I was asking a d*** questions.

This rating applies to Mobile Mini in New Braunfels, Texas! 5 star customer service by Chris. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions. He always promptly returned my phone call, maintained contact with me for updates as we were waiting to get a container. I can't say enough good things about Chris! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable! 5 stars for delivery! Juan was the driver. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was able to set the unit, where I wanted it, he made sure that placement of the container was to my satisfaction. Great job to both Juan and Chris! I couldn't be more pleased with the process and purchase of my container. Thank you!

Recording says Customer Service is our main priority...that is xxxx xxxx !!! Took them 10 days to pick up unit....I called two days before renewal and they charged me $128.49 anyway...when I caught it they said oh sorry about that we shouldn't have charged you will refund back to credit card. Two weeks later still no credit, called back and mgr. said Sorry again will issue credit right now but will still take 3 - 5 days
worst customer service I have every had...would NOT recommend this company !!
