Missy is an amazing realtor! Not only did she dedicate time to help me find a rental a year ago, but she also helped me find my forever home this summer. Missy takes the time to discuss the entire home buying process with you before starting to look, during the process, and is with you through closing and beyond. She knows the area and can suggest additional places to search you may not have though of. If I ever had a question, Missy either had an answer or found it quickly. Wendy Martin was my realtor and she was amazing. I didn't have a lot of money to put down and she was diligent looking for just the right place for me. I wouldn't be in my forever home if she hadn't pushed me to move on. I am so grateful. I a great grandma with a toddler tagging along and she was patient and helpful in the search for our home. If you are buying or selling a house or a piece of property and you don’t use Missy Carpenter with Remax Corridor, there’s something very wrong. Missy sold my house in one day, held a very inexperienced hand through the entire process, and there is no one that I would trust more with a real estate decision. Missy Carpenter was always helping us in selling our home. She would always keep us updated on the process when our house was being sold.She was always advocating for us with the buyers. She was “very very” helpful when at the last moment the movers we hired had changed our pick up date of our furniture. She scrambled and was able to find a mover for us with just twenty-four hours to leave the premises.I would highly recommend her and would use her services if we needed to move again.
