Missy was an absolute godsend during the arduous process of selling our rental duplex in San Antonio while we lived out of state. She went above and beyond at EVERY step, making sure I knew I was in capable and experienced hands. Our sales process was fraught with drama at every turn (to no fault of Missy). From our property manager to the appraiser to the buyer, everything was a challenge. I don’t think I would have kept my sanity if it weren’t for Missy’s dedication and expert guidance. She was always thoughtful and responsive, assuaging our fears and taking care of EVERYTHING. I could call or text her any time, day or night. She sacrificed her weekends and holidays to babysit our closing. I will be forever grateful for her help. I can’t recommend her highly enough! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Missy, first off, I highly recommend her to all! Now, she is so much more than a realtor, she makes you feel like you are part of her family from the very first meeting. Missy listened to our family’s needs and within 30 days we found our families dream home. That is when Missy turned all her focus to ensure all the steps in the buying process where met. Upon closing Missy had even lined up folks to help us make changes to the house prior to moving in. She really goes the extra mile and can be counted on! We couldn’t be happier with our choices and as I look for other properties to invest in, she is my first and last choice for a realtor!

I thought my house would sell itself. Boy was I wrong. My realator, Missy added a layer of expertise and care I didn’t even know I needed. Then Boom, she sold it!

Missy is an amazing realtor! Not only did she dedicate time to help me find a rental a year ago, but she also helped me find my forever home this summer. Missy takes the time to discuss the entire home buying process with you before starting to look, during the process, and is with you through closing and beyond. Wendy Martin was my realtor and she was amazing. I didn't have a lot of money to put down and she was diligent looking for just the right place for me. I wouldn't be in my forever home if she hadn't pushed me to move on. I am so grateful. I a great grandma with a toddler tagging along and she was patient and helpful in the search for our home. She was very helpful finding a contractor and making sure that I got the best deal possible. Highly recommend.
