The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Yolanda is the best masseuse I have ever had by a landslide. Great location and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Worst manager (Amanda)ever. Long story short I was a previous member and didnt use all my sessions. I travel a lot so, when I was able to call and make an appointment, I was told my account was closed and if I wanted to use the existing ssessions I paid for, I would need to reopen the account and she would put a freeze and only be charge $10.00 instead of $69.99. I thought that was a good deal for me to catch up my sessions. She scheduled my first appointment, it was good and nothing was said that I needed to fill out any forms. I was scheduled for a second appointment and before I could go in my card was charged $69.99 instead of $10.00. Amanda was not in the office when I tried to reach her nor was she working the day I went in. I ask the desk clerk to please have her give me a call. When she called she told me I should have filled out the forms to freeze my account and they would not have charged my cc for $69.99. I tried to explained to her I was not given any forms when I went in for my first appointment and I even ask the young lady if I was good to go? She said yes. Amanda was was very nasty, rude and disrespectful. I continued to explain I did not receive the form until my second appointment and ask to please remove the $69.99 charge she said no, she never bothered to even listen to me and does not care about the customers only the money. I ask for the owners phone number and was told they counld't give it out to send an email which will go to a generic email account. I will be taking my business else where and lose the previous sessions I paid for. It's not about the money its about customer service. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Please dont give your CC, pay cash and dont get a membership its a joke!

I enjoyed my experience. Phil my massager was really attentive and made sure pressure was right. I have really enjoyed my membership with Massage Heights you literally can get an appointment almost anywhere they are located.

Love Felly she is amazing. Only thing I would suggest is to change the music. Use zen music. It sounds like a piano recital. Utilize more zen music. But again I give Felly 10 stars ⭐️?

My hubby decided to stop his membership due to the constant cancelation and lack of appointments its been 4 months now and he is still getting charged and the only reason given was only the owner can stop it but after many promises we can't even get them to give us a call back. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Do not sign anything allowing automatic payments or they'll never stop.

UPDATE:no answer from the owners. AMEX reversed the charges on all but 4 payments. Do yourself a favor and get out of the program if you're in it and if not, don't join. You'll lose money. This owner is dishonest as well as without integrity.

Worst experience, I was charged $79.99 on my debit card for a service I never signed up for. I got a membership as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. I call and speak with the manager Claudia and she was extremely rude and condescending. She kept repeating herself about me canceling a membership. Never once mentioned my $79.99 charge. I keep trying to explain to her that I never signed up for it and my card was never charged the entire 6mo membership I got for Christmas so why am I all of a sudden being charged? The only way they would have my debit card info is from me leaving a tip. I never agreed to my card being saved. So who switched my bf’s debit card to mine? She couldn’t answer those questions bc she never bothered to even listen to me. I even told her she was very rude and this isn’t how managers should act. She should be apologetic and first discuss the wrongful charge bc that’s why I’m calling. She tells me “I’m not going to apologize to you I’ll have my owner call you” and hangs up on me. This place has terrible customer service I will never be back. And if the owner sees this I want my refund!
