I visited Main Glass on Friday, May 3rd, and asked for a glass technician to come out to my house to measure a double hung four pane window that needs one pane replaced. Sidney told me a technician would arrive on Monday morning, May 6th. Sure enough, he and his partner showed up promptly at 8 a.m. to assess the job. Update May 7th. I received an official quote for the new glass panel that seemed reasonable today and was able to pay over the phone. Sidney said she would get the glass ordered right away and would contact me again once it is in and ready for the glass techs to do the installation. May 15th Update: Received a call from Sidney last evening saying my window pane had arrived and that the glass techs would be out this morning to install. True to her word, the glass techs arrived this morning and completed the install. Yes! I can see out my window again. Thank you Main Glass & Mirror for a job well done at a reasonable price.

Great company that we've been doing business with for many years. Everyone makes mistakes, no one is immune to that but this company has been around for a long time for a good reason. You can trust them and as long as you treat them with respect you're sure to get it back.

Super dissapointed with a recent commercial glass replacement (two panes) $ 900+ and the tinted glass color didn't match, said they'd let me know if it could be fixed, didn't call back. They required a down payment from a repeat customer, but still charged $15 for a debit card, wouldn't take an E check. I had a missing pane, the measuring guy said 36 hours to get in, took a week. Took plastic numbers off the 2nd pane glass, didn't put back on.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to schedule an appointment for a measurement on a commercial door and they no showed the first 2 times and after calling again they finally showed up and they told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to deliver the door and we accepted the time frame but after 7 weeks I called to get a status and the lady who does the quotes told me that the gentleman who had taken measurements lost his paper and she would have to start over again. Granted we have used this company many times!! Can't imagine if you are a new customer!

Needed a mirror replacement and this amazing shop was awesome to work with. They helped a ton on the phone and then pick up was a breeze. Definitely going to use them again.
