Showroom people are great, bought a dining room set,was all excited and lo and behold it was scratched and dinged because instead of bring it in the box and putting it together in my home that I paid 99.00 for full service they cut corners amd put it together I. The warehouse before delivering the item. Mind you I PAID TO HAVE IT DELIVERED AND SET UP IN MY HOME, and it couldn't even be done right,and to top it all off they wanted yo give me a mere 15% off and keep a dinged and scratched table. Bad service on their part.

Starting 24 October 2024 only 4-12 year olds allowed in Kids Spaces
First off, I love there is no better place to get furniture. The staff is great and the place is affordable and clean.
The reason for my poor review is the new kids spaces policy. Is terrible. We have bought all of our furniture here since our move in San Antonio because we love taking our children to Kids Spaces and being able to shop even if it’s just one of us.
The same smooth brains decided that parents aren’t allowed in the Kids Spaces and only 4+ is acceptable needs to reconsider or face losing thousands of customers like myself. I will not be shopping here after 24 October. I don’t understand the need to fix things that aren’t broken and make things worse for their customers.

Showroom was very nice, clean, and with many options on different types of furniture. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend anyone to come here and shop for home furniture.

We invested 10K in furniture with Living Spaces. The delivery crew showed up and by trying to save time, they rushed and damaged our $4,000 couch beyond repair. One of the delivery crew members tried to pull the still packed couch through the front door by themselves only to rip off part of our door. The dolly put tremendous pressure on the spine of the piece snapping it in half and undoing a large section of the sewing. Upon notifying the delivery driver of this damage, he took a picture and pointed at his phone because he did not speak English. Upon contacting Living Spaces, they refused to replace the broken item and stated that they would send out a technician. We wanted what we paid for which is a new, undamaged couch. We don't want half ass repairs or store credit. Also, the icing on the cake was that one of the chaises had the wrong cushion. This is a horrible business practice and unfortunately giving us added stress on top of moving into our home. We did not heed the warnings from other reviewers and here we are.
WELL HERE'S ANOTHER WARNING: They will always resort to either fixing the damaged product or offering some money back (who knows what amount) first before ever replacing it as it's THEIR POLICY. If a technician does repair it and it looks good to THEIR standard then they are scot-free. Doesn't matter what the person who spent their hard-earned money thinks about the repair job.
We do not plan on shopping at Living Spaces again and will actively tell everyone about our experience.
