The staff/CSRs have the worst communication. I recently moved and I called them a week ahead of time to get my Internet service connected before I moved in. Fast forward seven days, I call them to check on the status, and I’m told nothing was scheduled. Now my child can’t do his online school and my wife can’t work from home, and I’m being told it may be another week before my service is connected. I’ve been a customer for almost six years now, it hasn’t been the best, but it’s my only option.

We are paying for 100 Mbps internet but getting 50.54 Mbps. I'm getting tired of this up-and-down speed fluctuation!

Outstanding service. From my initial phone call to the Schertz office, outside cable linemen to the installation technician. Everything was very professional with a focus on customer service. My internet service is great. GVEC has the entire process right.

Super-impressed with Cole, the installation technician. Cole was thorough, knowledgeable, and he welcomed challenging situations to find creative solutions that were the least invasive. Cole's work was precise and exact in a way that demonstrated a care for the home as though it were his own. Service was exemplary, but Cole was a gem. Whatever you are paying him, it isn't enough for what he willingly provides.

They gave me a call 20 before they were going to be they got to the house and got everything installed in a timely manner. They even offered to run a wire for my in laws if they want to change from AT&T in the future.

I had two technicians come by yesterday to install internet for me. Both techs were highly professional and polite! They were prompt and came right at appt time.

I pay for the highest internet service they provide which is suppose to be 1Gb speeds, I have never achieved speeds higher than 500 Mb and I'm lucky if I can have consistent speeds of around 200 Mb. There is constantly a problem with my service and now there is yet another outage. When I call to inquire I'm told they know nothing and to be patient. After 2 years my internet experience has yet to change in the slightest.

It's been 6 years now and the unit has stopped working for three days every summer. Have 4 years remaining on the warranty. Good that we don't pay money to get back up and running just with a lot of sweat. They are nice good people. Not their fault the units are not good quality. They fix it as fast as they can.
