We have been GVEC customers or 20 years and have always used their services.Brittany Rodriguez provides excellent service. Her detail to the work she performs is commendable.(Sounds trivial but n important observation) She's neat, never leaves a mess. First off, let me say I appreciate him coming early in the morning right at 0800. As a night shifter I definitely needed early appointment times because I try to sleep a little between 10-12 before going to work at Lackland. Brandin identified almost immediately my issue with the heat kit (contact/ground issue). He left me with working heat and explained the scenario that was causing the system breakers to pop. He disconnected the faulty component and promised to give me an estimate. He also cleaned and retaped the insulation onto the front panel of the inside part of the unit. I really appreciate his professionalism and will ask for him if possible if we actually repair the issue. Thank you Brandin!

Great company and wonderful service people. I have never had a bad experience. We have used them for 4 years. They installed our new system just over a year ago.

Rudy has Good customer service skills. Punctual. Knowledgeable. Careful.What is NOT Rudy 's fault is the young man who installed our new system last spring/summer. He neglected to use the existing straps to hold up the duct which contributed to the duct falling and the disconnect of the duct. Shame on that young man, not on Rudy.rudy is good.

Our GVEC tech, Rudy Molina, did an outstanding job checking our HVAC system and giving us a comprehensive report. We had GVEC replace our system two years ago and service it thereafter. We’ve had nothing but exceptional and honest service from them. Highly recommended !Nd

Blake Mutz was fabulous!! He was on time and very polite and thorough with his work. He was very honest and addressed everything I needed to be done. Great furst experience with my GVEC maintenance tech Rudy. Rudy explained all he was going to do and did an assessment where everything was initially . I found him to be very personable , friendly Courteous professional and knowledgeable .He sat and throughly reviewed all aspects of the inside and outside unit and functioning . Any aspects with deficits he explained how it would affect the AC functioning illustrating it with picks so i could better understand . You could truly sense he’s very proud and thorough about what he does and satisfying that the customer understands all. I comprehend a little easier with my nursing science and physics background .Rudy’s definitely an assist to GVEC , anyone can do a job , but the difference is how it’s implemented to the customer and Rudy excels and delivers a great service .Service: HVAC system maintenance

Service Technician Abraham provided outstanding customer service to our residence the day our A/C went out due to a lightning strike, to responding later after installation. A true professional that represents GVEC very well…he’s a keeper! Also, what other utility company would provide window units until you get the new HVAC & A/C installed?!? Quick response management, dispatch is on top of things. Our repair man was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided his service swiftly. We are impressed with how smoothly the entire situation was handled and glad to say they exceeded our expectations.Oh! Also, extremely grateful for the after hours option!

José did a quick repair to replace the capacitor. Didn't have the correct one in his truck but was able to quickly grab one from the home base and returned to do the r/r. The only issue was having to wait nearly a week to get a technician out for the warranty work to be completed. Unfortunately the unit quit working on Friday after hours and no one could add us to the schedule until Monday morning for later that week. Appreciate the repair and José's professionalism keeping us cool.Service: HVAC system repair
