I had a Great Experience First off, Davonte did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair. He went above and beyond. His suggestions on the different types of cuts, he should style my hair with. I have been going to great clips for a while and nobody else who has cut my hair has done that. Hats off to him and on my next visit to that great clips, I will ask for him DAVONTE GREAT JOB. Susie

My son and I went in today for haircuts. I was seated directly behind my son , as we both were getting our haircuts. My son’s hair was cut backwards or opposite of the way his hair goes. Upon speaking with the nice lady who cut my hair, she took my info and said a manager would call me. No call came. How do you look at a 9 year old child’s hair and cut it different than it appears ??? How do you plainly see a part on his right and decide to make it on the left??!!!!!!!!! Or why not ask his father who is seated directly behind him???!!!!!!! Worst cut ever received.

The Schertz store is beyond slow. It’s not because they are busy, the stylists take their sweet time between cuts. No matter what the wait on the app says, it’s worth your time to drive to another location. 6018 FM3009 Ste 108, Schertz, TX 78154

I had some doubts to get my son's haircut here because of the recent negative reviews but decided to go and try them anyways.
The online system works fine, I saw all the nearby places and chose this one because the wait time was the shortest, checked-in, arrived, waited for just a couple of minutes before everything was ready. The lady was so patient with my son considering he's only 2 years old and this is his 3rd time to get a haircut and she did an amazing job.

Their check in system has never worked properly for many years now. I checked in, got the text to start arriving, just for it to have checked me into an entire different location. I’ve done this many times but I went from a 10 minute wait to a 70 minute wait. Did they offer to take me, a guy wresting scrubs and a teacher, so I can get back to work? Nope. Did they know this happens all the time? Yes. Are they willing to help anyone in terms of time management? Nope. Always 10 people waiting with only two hairstylists? Yep. Do they even like their job? Observation says yes. Some of us need to be in and out due to various reasons.

Today I showed up because I decided to give them a chance from my last visit 3 months ago. I signed in online like every other time. 45 minutes no problem. I went to shop around and showed up 15 minutes like a good customer. I was greeted properly no problem, asked if I was signed in said yes so I was told to take a seat.I saw I was 1 in Line so I was waiting patiently. Then family of three showed up and they called the first boy, fine maybe a mistake. Then they called another boy and my time went from to 3 minutes to 10 minutes. Mind you I'm next but the lady just ignored me, so I stepped outside to my truck and looked at my time and it said 58 minutes. I was out maybe 2 minutes honestly. Never going to give them my money. I rather cut my hair bald for free eff this place.they messed up my hair so bad the last visit I had to grow my hair out just wearing caps regularly. I am honest and tip good but just do your job. So angry because so close to home.
