Honestly went in to kill time. I have a gift card I need to use. Or not need but it's burning a hole in my pocket. The sales staff were knowledgeable. And super kind. Helped me look for something that I ultimately didn't purchase but were still super nice. They even helped me look online for it. They have a sale going on at the moment. Buy one clearance get two free. And I do wuvs a sale. Still great selection of clearance and normal stock. Shame I didn't buy anything but still great prices.

Absolutely great staff! “Robert” was extremely helpful and has the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time! I stayed on the phone with GameStop Customer Service Support team for almost an hour trying to work out issue for a return. They was not helpful! I called the store directly and Robert was able to help me today in less than 5 minutes! He is AWESOME!!! Thanks Robert. - Comatrice

Found what I was looking for online however 2 Princes Leia Pop Bobble and 1 figure. On the weekend, she or Carrie Fischer got her star & hand prints and signature after passing via her daughter.

What can i say about this GameStop and their crew? Robert, Jordan, Tristan and Sean. The guys and gals of that store are the most down to earth people you can meet. Robert, this past visit, picked the new Pokémon Silver Tempest Elite Trainer Box and i would recommend for people to let him pick the products. Out of the ETB we had 6 out of 8 hits and that main hit, my little sister pulled was the Alt Art Lugia. The employees there become your friends and make sure that you’re satisfied with your visit!

This is the best Gamestop around the NE side area and even further. The employees are all very nice and helpful. The store manager Jordan goes above and beyond.

Employees are very friendly. Kind of smells bad in there though. It smells of Ammonia, which is concerning.
