The driver just left my package right on my door steps! Where anyone can just grab and steal it!!! Im furious jow my package has been thrown like a trash bag! Shame on him+

FedEx sucks, I’ve never seen them throw a fool flat screen size TV over the wall one time at Christmas on the news! I left my gate open on purpose today. Had to leave my dogs inside so they couldn’t guard the ground. So the FedEx guy could deliver. He gets here at 9:16 AM. I’m at work Yesterday, I tried to catch him at the gate as he put sticky on there and he turned around and walked away like he didn’t see me. They refuse to give me the drivers name delivery company.

Nothing but crack heads work here. They never deliver to right address. They smoke meth on break and wish they worked for DHL.
There is a reason this crackhead location has a 2.6 star rating. They only hire junkies.

Driver always put the packages in front of the garage, in a blind spot where I could easily back over them. He reports that he put the packages on the front porch. I have sent complaints but it hasn’t helped.I have tried to speak with someone at the hub, but get overseas customer serviceTracking number728010808094

Where is my package this time? Marked as delivered but it wasnt even delivered. We were home all day, nothing was dropped off at the front door! Every time our packages get assigned/routed to Fedex Schertz, it has ALWAYS been a headache. From "wrong address" to delayed deliveries (3-4days), to being tagged as delivered when it's not. Im not sure whats wrong with this warehouse location and the drivers, but this isn't funny. We pay for the items purchased and the delivery costs! Fix your service!

Walmart uses fedex a lot. This time it was horrible. I am in an rv park and the weekend delivery guy doesn't want to deliver there, so my package wasn't. I get an email from fedex telling me that if I want my package that I have to come and get it. 50 mile round trip all because someone was to lazy to do their job. Do I like fedex - not anymore.
