Several people outside waiting Noone is here they are not open it is past 9am. Several calls made to the store no answer, lights off inside. Such a disappointment when they say they open at 9.....

I would like to recognize Ms. Valencia for her great service when I walked into the Dollar Tree in Schertz to buy some birthday supplies. She immediately asked if she can help with me with some mylar balloons. It's a Saturday and the register lines were longer than usual. In addition, there were a few people already in line to get more balloons. She proceeded to help everyone with a courteous and polite attitude. She worked fast and got everyone what we came for and checked us out so we can get on with our day. Great employee! We'll definitely be back to shop here.

This is why I don't bother doing yelp reciews. It forces you to leave a bunch of sentences u have to dream up when a 1-5 start rating would suffice. It sucks but give them 5 stars

This Dollar Tree is conveniently located with a decent selection. My only issue is the male workers ( one with dreads and one with dark lenses in his eyewear). I’ve gone in one two separate occasions and males that work check-out are nasty. They never speak and act as though your business is bothering them. The beautiful bald lady that works in there is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She’s always friendly, smiling and helpful.

This dollar tree is nice cause it's near my house but needs a lot of work. Items seem to always be in wrong places. This location seems like it's not kept clean.

Bought some Halloween decor from here, got em home, put batteries in, none worked. Took the stuff back with my receipt, they don't do refunds. Had to buy other stuff to match the amount of what I'm returning...never seen that before. That policy alone makes me not wanna go back on top of originally buying stuff that didn't work. Good thing walmart is across the street.
