I bought something yesterday when I got home I saw it was cracked cuz it was an individually wrapped like it should have been I go back the next day I don't have my receipt and they won't do an exchange or a refund or even store credit . kid was rude ! It was the Clark who broke it !

White girl rude glasses behind the counter was very rude to my little sister because she was paying with cash and not card then got mad at me because I didn’t tell her I was paying with card how are u gonna disrespect people like that I was very nice I just don’t understand why she was so rude at3:50 y’all need to do better

I was there today around 12:45 pm and let me tell you; the lady that works up front ( black lady) …. She was very rude for no reason and yelled behind me because I did not press “skip” as I was finished paying. I am not sure what happened to this place, but it’s definitely going down hill. Very disorganized, messy and her rudeness is just awful.

Let me tell you what after what I experienced today I will be suing the Dollar general for one of their employees trying to run me over in the parking lot she's a discriminating disrespectful no manner having human being she is a colored woman she almost hit me with her car she started cussing at me in the parking lot threatening to call the cops on me because I was walking to the parking lot to go to my friend's house and this is the Dollar general on 1518 off of Schaefer road those people have no business being in that store someone needs to get rid of her I'm suing Dollar general and I'll own that store myself because no one will talk to me like that nor will they sit there and try to run me over with a car so if Dollar general doesn't want a lawsuit they might want to get rid of herThat Dollar general needs to put better people and people with manners in that place then know how to run that store there is a woman in there excuse me I'm not trying to be any type of way but she is a colored woman and she does not deserve to have that job down there she is rude disrespectful racist means to people think she runs that place when she really doesn't she can't even keep the store organized let alone anything else the stores always a mess she ain't no type of manager I tell you that and how she talks to people I don't know how she gets away with it but she sure doesn't need to be down there cuz she's rude disrespectful no sales associate should talk to people like that woman does yeah and I said colored woman to be correct she has no manners she needs to be fired and someone else needs to take her place she does not need to be at that store very disrespectful rude they need to put better Management in that place or something I would be putting no stars on this post if I didn't have to but you have to have one to post it somebody needs to do something about that place and get those people that are in there out of there stores always got clutter it's always dirty things are always in the aisle stuff is never put away things are not right in that place the bad thing is she was rude to an elderly man

Be careful when placing an order here..they completed my order then one tries charging me again for it when I was already paid for...2 she said oh we didn't have what you ordered but we have this.....I drove 30 mins because they were the only ones with the item just to get here ans her tell me oh we don't have it ...first off why complete the order just cancel it...then when I asked for the district manager number shesays oh I can't give that to you..im than sure she could give it to me just knew she was in the wrong for completing an order she knew she shouldn't have

I witnessed a horrible act of discrimination at this dollar general on May 23rd (approximately 615pm). There was a gentleman in line to check out with his young son. There was no cashier present, and this gentleman kept having people go ahead of him to use the self checkout. He said the word "cashier" loudly 3 times trying to get someone to assist him. After the 3rd time, he whistled. An angry woman came charging out of one of the aisles yelling at him about how "she doesn't respond to whistles." She was yelling loudly at this man telling him that he should have used the squeaky toy she had on the register if he needed assistance. She pointed at the small piece of paper taped to it that said "squeak for assistance." He apologized to her and explained that he was severely dyslexic and couldn't read the sign. She proceeded to tell him..."that sounds like a YOU problem." She continued to yell and cus at him in front of his young son. What was so heartbreaking was that the little boy looked up at his dad and asked why this "woman" was being so mean. This man couldn't use the self checkout due to his reading difficulties and when he tried to get help, was humiliated for it... this was absolutely disgusting behavior by the cashier. For a company that has messages about increasing accessibility all over their website, you wouldn't expect to see this kind of hate and cruelty come from one of their employees. Shameful.

Aside from the clutter all over the place and the consistently bare shelves, I just bought a box of cereal that expired in January.....of 2022. The staff is nice and all, but dang, get it together. I see 2, 3, and 4 people working at a time, there's really no excuse. I worked at FamilyDollar years ago and my store never looked like this. Smh.

The cashier that was working today at 3:30-4:00pm was rude. She wasn’t at all approachable and sighed at a customer who was in front of me when the customer told her that the candy she wanted to buy was on sale and then told the customer rudely “just so you know from here on out it’s going to ring up 1.50$” idk if she was just having a bad day or if she hates her job but that’s not okay.
