So I have come 3 times in this tire store to make them business and all the times i haven't been able to buy or fix the tire problem on my truck. Very bad employees, don't have enough personal to help customers, very bad organiz store. I have been a long time customers but never again i will make discount tire business

I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:45. Arrived about 9:30 and was met at my vehicle. May have had some cancellations because I was out around 10:00 having replaced all 4 tires. Great service from everyone!

Discount Tire always has courteous, friendly employees....same here! Their pleasant demeanor and sense of humor help soften the blow of what you're about to pay for, LOL!! Great experience!

I want to say a big thank you to Jake! Thank you to the team that helped put on new tires and told me some issues with the wheels I have on my vehicle, I will definitely come back to this specific location, great staff, great customer service. Also, to anyone who is scared for them to touch your pov (like me), dont worry, they took care of my 22 year old, low mile car. Thanks, everyone, and I will be going back soon for wheel replacement!

What is the point of coming 15 minutes early? We had a 9 am appointment its 10. All that needs to be done is tires, rotation, etc. Yet we had to still wait an hour to be seen. But new cars that just got here are seen 1st.

I arrived right when they opened and they had staff ready to help. I addressed my tire flat and they immediately took my car into a bay and discovered a screw. It was repairable and within 20 mins, i was checking out. No fuss, no hassle. Great customer service as always!

Impeccable service. Thank you Conrad for your professionalism. All discount stores are always crazy busy and this one is the same. But, the comparison to the other ones that I have had service at, they do not compare as everyone here is on the top of their service game,?? I’m a nobody and they make me feel like a rock star. They are actually the rock stars!!!!??

3/2024- i would like to thank Cory for reaching out to me and restoring some good faith in them.1/2024: They have lost my trust and business for the time being. i went in with leak, i was told my tire needed to be replaced. went home and put in back on my car. the next morning the tire was low so i aired it up so i could get to work. i took it back and was then told i had a crack in my wheel and it needed to be replaced. when i told them to just put the tire or the spare on so i could just get the car home and park it til i could afford the wheel. i was told "well it is very unsafe to drive on that cracked wheel and i dont know how old your spare tire is". if it was SO UNSAFE to drive then why wasnt it inspected properly the first time? i have my safety as well as my families to think about.

Our trailer had two blowouts over Spring Break, one I put a spare on and the other tire blew out a half mile from Discount Tire. We limped in and one of the employees said that unfortunately they were closed but it was okay if I left it in the parking lot overnight.Next morning they knocked out all 4 tires right there on the spot. And gave me finance and military discount on top of a great price. Highly recommend these guys and this shop! Definitely will go back…It’s been awhile since we have been using Costco for tires but they are nowhere near how fast, friendly, and affordable as Discount Tire! And that’s a big statement from this guy!

I was having a rough day, my tire went flat, driving very slow down the access road I looked up and right in front of me was this Discount Tire. Andrew aired my tire and didn't hassle me about buying a new one. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you so much Andrew!!
