The customer service was excellent; Jacob was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Steve, the courtesy driver, was friendly, although he seemed somewhat short-tempered when engaging in conversation. I appreciate the Christian Brothers brand for their reliable warranty. However, I have encountered issues with the service. On two occasions, parts on my truck were damaged during service, requiring me to pay for replacements. The first instance involved a pulley covered under the CB warranty, and this time they broke a brake caliper which I had to pay for and an additional day for my truck to be held cause the part didn’t come in on time.
Additionally, I was quoted for a brake job with all my truck details already in my profile. After I approved the estimate, I was informed of additional labor costs due to the electronic brakes in the rear. This oversight should have been identified in the initial quote, rather than adding unforeseen charges to the final bill.

My wife's car has been experiencing A/C problems for a while. I've spent hundreds of dollars at two different shops that couldn't fix the issue—they just replaced parts without success. I brought the car to Christian Brothers Automotive on a Wednesday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon, with the A/C working perfectly! I've found my go-to repair shop and highly recommend them if you're facing any automotive issues. Oh and the have a shuttle, the dropped me off and picked me up when the car was ready!!

Hot garbage ladies and gents. I brought my vehicle in because I thought there may be a problem with the tensioner. I already told them where to look. They didn't bother to check that. They did find a part, worth about $40-$70 was malfunctioning (other than the wheel removal and skirt, doesn't even require a single screw) and wanted to charge over $500. I declined. When pulling my vehicle up, the problem I brought it in for manifested. Instead of righting a wrong, the charlie fox that is Christian brothers lied right to my face about it and said that's not what I said i needed. I talked to the Dcanoe Jeff that morning about it. To ensure it was right. He assured me it, "it's automatic so you just have to bolt it down..." I was told they can't double check my work but they let me pay $170 to do just that. Just a straight garbage institution. I dropped my car on Monday by the way, had to pick it up Friday. Avoid this place at all cost. It's cheaper to buy a new car then let these buffoons handle it. Pure and utter trash. I hope the last name of the founders is Christian, because to work in this capacity with that name invoking faith means you're all going to hell in the hand basket you heftily overcharged for. (posted the exact part they were charging me for). Read their response... they don't deny they super upcharge, and they double down on them being poor listeners. Anyone who understands cars can clearly see on the paperwork what my inquiry was. My serpentine belt squeaks when moving the wheel at low speeds. It's the tensioner or power steering pump, morons. I literally said that at EVERY GIVEN OPPERTUNITY. Post the recorded phone calls then, I dare you. I asked you to look at it, and you screwed me. You have my contact info. It's the same number that called a half dozen times about my car all week long. I was even kind and patient with you crooks. Took it to midas in Universal City, and they got it immediately, cost me half the "diagnostic fee," and they actually fixed the problem. Again, I can't express it enough. These people are total garbage.

It was a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and they did a solid inspection of my car. I enjoy the email/sms notification of the inspection results and work quotes. It’s a really nice and easy to use system. The shuttle service was also a huge plus.

First time at Christian Brother's here in Shertz. Just coming in for an oil change before driving across the country in a couple weeks. Came into the office to some big comfy leather couches. Had some questions about the "courtesy inspection" included with the oil change. Very kind gentleman helping me out and getting me checked in. Took a seat to wait for the service to complete. Complimentary snacks, coffee, and beverages. Kicked back and relaxed until my service was complete. I don't even drink soda, but the coke in the fridge looked so appealing I cracked one open. What a great service experience. I will be back here for any and all future servicing for my vehicles. Thanks Christian Brother's!

Awesome atmosphere! Christian Brothers is one of the most professional and welcoming business in the area. Prior to trying Christian Brothers, I visited another business in the area. That visit left me feeling like I was an inconvenience. No one acknowledged me. At Christian Brothers, the representative made me feel like a valued customer. I can’t brag enough about the staff at Christian Brothers Automotive. I had a very difficult case. They fought with my Warranty Company They fought to find the difficult problem with my car. Trust me my case was very rare. I was informed of the situation in a timely manner. I was very grateful for that. I have already recommended Christian Brothers and will continue to do so.
