You walk in, check for your previously made appt. There may be a 5 to 10 minute wait and then someone comes and takes you to to xray services you need. The whole process is 45 minutes or less. Employees are professional and very friendly.

My husband had an appointment here and they asked him to arrive 30 min early. He did but they were so behind that he waited nearly 2 hours to begin his testing. He went up and asked after waiting nearly an hour and was told there were two people ahead of him still. No updates provided unless he asked. They shouldn’t ask patients to arrive early if they aren’t going to respect their time.

The VA referred me to this facility. I was here 12 July 2024.
The man who administered my scan, was very courteous and professional. The whole experience with the IV was a bit stressful, but he did a great job of making it pain free and very smooth. I didn’t feel a thing.
The front office was fine. Kind of a sterile vibe but it was clean. Some of the front staff seemed more friendly than others. The second woman I spoke to at desk #5 was very sweet and pleasant.

Schertz location or Madison in Stone Oak, one and the same. The technician was googling how to conduct the ultrasound at Schertz. We had to have the appointment Rescheduled for imaging at the Madison Stone Oak NorthCentral location for a pediatric radiologist to review the imaging. When arriving they wanted me to re-fill all of the paperwork. I was told they would have everything they need. At this point I do not have the time or the patience to continue doing business with the Baptist health system. We will drive across town to the University hospital where we at least know we will be seen and communicated with properly.

Very slow. I was just there 6/20/24 1:10pm. I made an appointment for Xrays. The cebtral scheduling made it for at 1:20 pm. I got there 35 minites after my appointment nothing, lady on spot number 2 said -we dont make appointments for xrays. I did i had one . They really need to move those people to work faster. Bad bad.

I went for CT and it has been 4 business days and my doctor still have not gotten the results. Trying to get through on the number they give you fir medical records is actually scheduling and trying to talk to a person there is impossible. They truly are not concerned that you may want to know the results.

Director Fran made my check in horrible! Never in the 5 or 6 years I’ve been coming to the Schertz M&S Imaging have I ever felt embarrassed, humiliated or ashamed. Yes, I didn’t have a copy of my insurance card, yes after being asked 3 times I could get you a copy on my phone if you’d GIVE ME TIME to answer you ! I was so frazzled I couldn’t even think correctly to find the app on my phone. I eventually just told Fran to cancel my appointment. She had the audacity to ask me, “are you sure? “ uh well of course not! Instead of being patient to let me answer her in the first place. Have I checked in before without physically having my insurance card? Yes, but the team has always given me time to look it up so I could send it to them while I fill out paperwork. The only reason this time I didn’t have a copy is because I missed placed it with all the doctor visits or was it the emergency visit, that the dang card was not in my wallet. And what made everything magnified was that their waiting room was packed… Such an embarrassing moment.

Had an appointment for the first time for an ultrasound. Service and staff were excellent. Got called in right away (after filling 2 forms) and only spent there about 20 minutes.

The facility is easy to find, relatively small & very clean (inside & outside). All the staff members I've encountered have been quite friendly & helpful. However, arriving 30 minutes early, I still had a long wait time. As for the cost, I have nothing to compare it to. I paid ~$850 (with insurance) for a MRI. Healthcare in America is ridiculously expensive, but I digress.
I gave 3 stars solely because of the wait time.

There is nothing worse than me taking time off work to drive 45 minutes in traffic to be told I was "called," and a :voice-mail" was left. Saying my insurance authorization wasn't approved yet. Why even schedule the appointment if you don't have the approval? This is after 10 actual voice-mails to get it scheduled.

Wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my daughter's sonogram here. Our appointment was at 9, she didn't get called back until 10am. After checking in it took about 40 minutes to be called to "registration" where she said they will bill my insurance and took all of 2 seconds. Then back to wait some more. When I asked what was taking so long they told me they 'got behind'. But her appointment was a 9am and they open at 8am, how are you so behind already? Probably overscheduled trying to cram as much profit...I mean patients, in at a time, with not enough staff or resources. the US tech was nice and helped calm my daughter down when she was feeling anxious about the procedure.

The technician’s in the back wonderful, very comforting and kind.
My problem is the front reception area ,for the most part they get the job done.
That being said they just seem like they don’t want to be there , or I am bothering them.
