Gave 2 stars because the people are friendly but there are never ever enough tellers. They will have several employees at the podium and only one teller while many of us wait in line for long amounts of time. And this is all the time - not just occasionally.

I love this branch! The manager is amazing, always going out of her way to help customers. I have been a customer for 4 years almost and every time I go in the staff is helpful and kind. THEY are the ONLY reason I am sticking with BofA!

I was welcomed in and the teller was super kind. Everyone was friendly and kept me updated. Jeremiah was extremely helpful, caring and sociable. I had a wonderful experience and am happy I chose Bank of America!
