I am extremely grateful to the staff of this location, they saved my bacon yesterday when I was having car trouble. I was able to use their loan-a-tool service to fix my vehicle, but then it wouldn't start and needed a jump. When I went in to return the tools, they had a portable jump starter and one of the guys came out and helped me jump my car. I would've had a way worse and more difficult time without their excellent customer service. Thank you guys so much!

Auto one in Schertz on FM3009 is outstanding. My car was losing its charge and Joe checked the battery and charged it as well. He determined my battery was fine but my alternator was bad. Saved me from buying a battery. Thank you Joe for the outstanding and friendly service!!!

Other than one employee that got in trouble for helping me, the two men who were being rude and not professional if I were to take a guess were managers of the location.
I'll never return, and I hope I have saved others from being mistreated, intimidated, and anything else this location does.

If I could give no stars I would. These employees are the rudest people possible and they do not know how to do their job. I left here this morning after having the worst customer service experience possible and went to Auto zone off Nacogdoches and they were completely opposite and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. I will never go back to 3009 location. They should clean house there and get better employees.
