I’ve had 3 separate visits and each time my vehicles have been restored to greatness, great staff, excellent customer service, and it is also great that they are tied in with the rental company to make the process streamlined.

STAY AWAY!! My sister took her car in for front end damage repair and couldn't even drive it home afterwards. There was nothing wrong with it before she took it in. Of course they're blaming her but something isn't right with this shop. This doesn't seem to be the first time this has happened either judging by other 1 star reviews.

Classic Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle after I was rear-ended. They worked quickly once insurance was settled, kept me informed, and finished on time. My car looks just like it did before the accident. Highly recommend!

Imagine sitting at a stoplight minding your own business and having the rear end of your truck smashed in. I then had to call my insurance company and deal with all that bullshit. I wanted to make sure I got to pick the company I got to use. That did not happen. I got stuck with Classic Collision. They fixed my truck leaving fish eyes and debris and a non-working tailgate on my truck while replacing with cheaper Parts. The toolbox in the bed of my truck then had white overspray all over it which was originally painted black. I also had black trim parts they said they were going to take off. Yet I had white overspray everywhere. The back bumper did not line up at all and is actually loose on one side. I then spoke with the kid that was handling everything. I let him know after they finished fixing my truck. That it looked like shit and everything needed to be fixed like putting the right bumper that originally came on my truck. I asked him if they were going to get me a rental car and he said no. He said that I would have to come bring the truck in and drop it off. The only problem is the only time I could be able to come in would be on a Saturday. Which he ended up telling me that would be fine. So I took the day off work came to drop my truck off and they were closed. Apparently they're not open on Saturdays but the kid told me they were. Here it is almost a year later and they have not contacted me once about the situation. Their customer service is impeccable. I have already spoke with four different people that were going to use them that will no longer use them. I will keep spreading this information until they fix my ride. Thanks for the good quality service guys. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

They really are the best. I took my car in and they repaired the damaged part in less than two hours. I recommend them 100%. Excellent service—ask for Diego Salazar, they also speak Spanish.

I had a crash due to a dangling rear trunk lid release switch which affected the back camera. Even an amateur tech can easily see the cause of the dangling switch is due to a broken lift panel. I asked CC for a quote to fix the dangling switch. They quoted nearly $300, claimed to have purchased a new switch and fixed the switch into the same broken lift panel. I took the car and reported through a feedback text message that the switch was not done well. No one responded. Days later I took the car back to CC to show that the work I paid for wasn’t done. The guy tried to explain it away, saying the lift panel is broken. So I asked why didn’t he add the lift panel to the quote at first? He was adamant, saying if I wanted it fixed again, he’ll give me a new quote for the lift panel and for fixing it. I explained to him that it was unfair to be charged twice for his to do a good job. Unfortunately, he remained adamant.
