I cannot recommend Aimee Wudel enough as a realtor. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family found the perfect home. From the moment we met her, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Aimee took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and was incredibly patient as we looked at numerous properties.
One of the things that really stood out to me about Aimee was her ability to negotiate on our behalf. She was able to secure a great deal with the builder of our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
Not only is Aimee a skilled realtor, but she also has a warm and friendly demeanor that made the entire buying and selling process enjoyable. She even took the time to entertain our little one while we toured homes, which was a huge help.

Aimee was superb! She worked tirelessly and flawlessly to help us find our new home in a very short time-frame. Everything was virtually completed including: home inspections, all paperwork, and the final walk-through inspection. Aimee ensured the builders made necessary corrections and she answered all of our questions and concerns. The process was briefly interrupted by Aimee's illness but that didn't keep her down. She recruited a wonderful team member to continue carrying the ball (process) forward while keeping us informed through a conference call. We are very happy with our new home. Aimee was fantastic.

My search for a house took well over a year. Aimee was very patient. We looked at several house and gave her honest opinion. Once I found the house I wanted, she helped me every step of the process. Aimee Wudel went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She listened to our every concern and planned out our home searches with printed itineraries. Aimee was quick to point out potential problems like signs of foundation shifting, past repairs, etc. Aimee is a professional and her experience will put you at ease. Aimee came highly recommend to me and she is truly one of a kind! I was a first time homebuyer in my 20s and had no idea what I was doing. She was there every step of the way and made the homebuying process seamless.
She has great connections in the industry and was able to refer me to a lender and get me approved quickly. She also referred a thorough home inspector which I was very impressed with. She's extremely knowledgeable and would take charge asking the seller to fix things I would not have even thought about. She would negotiate things that I didn't even know I could. I felt I was in very good hands for my first home buying experience. She even went above and beyond to have her landscaper fix up my lawn before I moved in. There was even an oversight of the sink not having a garbage disposal and she was kind enough to get me one when she really didn't have to! She truly cares about her clients.
She doesn't just stop there. She shares her great wealth of knowledge through monthly mailed newsletters with tips and reminders on home ownership which is so greatly appreciated. I also always feel touched when I receive her holiday cards.
So, if you are looking for a realtor who is kind, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Aimee!

Simply the Best …
I was considering selling my home of 20 years for a move out of state. I contacted Aimee to see what I needed to do and how this would be possible. Aimee was more than helpful, she was amazing. She came to the house, helped me put a plan together to address the list of deferred maintenance items and then followed up with me along the way for the progress of each piece. Her advice on what to address and to what to skip was appreciated. She saved me money, time and reduced the amount of stress in an already stressful process.
When it came time to actually list and sell the property she again made the process extremely easy and made sure I got top dollar for my home. Negotiating thru counter offers and finally selling my home was simple, fast and efficient. Her professionalism, advice and knowledge made sure I was taken care of along the way and the sale went perfectly. She was also extremely helpful when working thru the buying process on my new home out of state using a different agent.
I still bounce ideas and concerns off her when it comes to buying and selling of my current home. She has put me in touch with agents outside her area to make sure I am taken care of, she is a true gem when it comes to a process that can be a little overwhelming. I would never hesitate to contact her for my real estate needs for future purchases.

We have worked with Aimee several times in the past - to sell property, to purchase a new home, and to successfully lower our home's tax assessments. She has always been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She always has a smile on her face. We've even referred out of town friends who were looking for a summer home to Aimee.
