Giving Dr Jessie Jeevarajan her credit ! She is always patient with my son & i. She is able to answer every question that i have. She is also always personable with us. She is exactly how every doctor should be. I never have an issue with A thru Z, i enjoy each visit.

I love taking my daughter here! Even without insurance its still affordable to make sure your child is healthy!! The nurses were amazing dealing with my baby screaming & crying during shots & the Dr took care of what we needed quickly. They also helped me update my child’s shot records which I greatly appreciate. Thank you A thru Z!!

First time visiting A Thru Z pediatrics very fast at getting me an appointment. Very friendly and I was in and out in less than an 1 hours really recommend them. Provider was also very friendly and answered all my concerns.

Terrible experience from this practice. They gave inaccurate feeding recommendations for our baby, contradicting the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. We requested our kids immunization records to be transferred to our new pediatrician and they charged us a $5 fee to email the documents over and then didn’t send them for almost 40 minutes. Overall just a disappointing and unprofessional experience, we wouldn’t recommend our friends and family to be seen here.

I will not be bringing my daughter back to this location. Absolutely the worst experience. My daughter was a new patient here since moving in the area and has only been seen here one other time. My daughter was seen at the emergency room on 11/9 and went back for the same exact thing last night 11/13 at 10:45 but the hospital visit poured over till today 11/14. She had gotten extremely worse and needed further testing from her doctor (instructions for the doctor were typed to give to them). When calling the front office to make an appointment, you listen to about 10 minutes of dead air. No hold music.. nothing. When a rep finally answered I got a woman named Victoria. I told her about the two visits and how the doctor told me it was important to have her checked as soon as possible for her condition. Victoria let me know that they practice not to see patients unless 24 hours has passed since their hospital visit. I let her know that my daughter needed an appointment for the 11/9 visit then. She insisted the office couldn’t see my daughter unless 24 hours had passed since her last visit. I informed her it was for the exact same thing so I didn’t understand why. She put me on hold only to come back and tell me that they wouldn’t be seeing my daughter unless 24 hours had passed because my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. I’ve never had this problem on the other side of town especially with her insurance. (And here’s the kicker, they wouldn’t allow me to pay out of pocket for her visit either! Like seriously?!). So I called the insurance and spoke with our rep Rachel who told me that was not true, the visit would be paid for in full because hospital bills and doctors office visits are billed in different codes, etc. So I verified I could make an appointment with her old doctor that same day and I did. They were happy to take her with ALL given information. I would definitely rather drive the 30 minutes then come back here. I made a complaint with my insurance against this practice as well.

Switched to this office after getting some questionable advice from a different doctors office. Had a really great experience and even as new patients, we were seen quickly. Had to be squeezed in for a sick visit and was able to get a same day appointment. We did have to wait a pretty long time to be seen, but we were squeezed in on short notice but the waiting room was packed. Every other visit, we were seen pretty fast. However, I did call the after hours line and never received a call back. We have been seeing dr Jessie and love her. Communication is super quick with her too, through the app.

Dr. Jesse and the staff at A Thru Z Pediatrics are amazing! I trust my children to their care. Readily available appointments and prompt responses to any medical questions. They are caring and compassionate about the children they care for and reassure parents that they are getting the BEST medical care!

We have been seeing Dr. Jessie Jeevarajan since my little one was only a few weeks old and she is just over a year now. We have loved everything about the Doctor from her coming into the room with data for my child, to being patient and listening to all my first time mom questions. As far as the doctors office, I do like that when I call they answer- that is the reason why I ended up choosing them in the first place. They offer an on call nurse and they have a client portal where I can message the doctor for smaller questions and they get back to me in a very reasonable time. The only downfall I have to this place is it is not decorative or very colorful and inviting for kids, but that’s the worse thing I have. If you are looking for a new pediatrician for your new born I highly recommend A thru Z.

We arrived early for our appointment and they were able to take us right away. All the staff was very polite and my child was treated with the utmost care.

Everyone at the reception desk was very friendly, Dr. Was also friendly and helpful, not complaining but I just didn't like or agree with the fee of $5 obtain the shot record, but overall very happy with the service.

do not trust this facility with your asthmatic children!! they neglected my son and he passed away!! doctors changed his medications for no reason and he suffered for it!!

To no fault of the staff (who were wonderful), but a new policy was implemented that A thru Z will no longer service unvaccinated children.

Dr. Jessie was very personable and answered every question I had. She was very gentle and loving with my newborn. I'm very pleased to have her as my son's pediatrician.
