Got my friends car towed by police in potsboro they call Rick's towing in the east side of sherman. The tow bill is over 500$ this is highway robbery.

Rick’s Towing saved the day! I had a flat in the middle of the night, contacted AAA only for their contracted company to not come through. After several calls back and forth, AAA was able to locate Rick’s Towing. Once the service call was confirmed, I received a phone call from the very professional, kind, courteous gentleman that would be assisting me. He provided my with an ETA and when he arrived he was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond for me due to so unforeseen difficulties with my tire situation. I am so thankful for this company! After being stuck with a flat for several hours over night, it was all worth the wait to receive such fantastic service. Keep up the amazing work! I pray God continues to bless this business and all its employees.

My travel trailer hit a crater on the highway and blew a tire and leaf spring. No other company would tow me. The local rv repairman called Rick’s co. Rick showed up to evaluate. He called in 2 of his guys. They showed up quickly and got me towed on a flatbed. They even towed it to an rv park until it can be looked at. Fast, amazing service! Excellent price too! Highly recommend!

Need to slow the hell down. 50mph in a 30 is stupid. Would never use this company and hope others will avoid as well. No regard for public safety going that fast in a residential area.

Despite the reason for being towed, my encounter with them was satisfying. Great customer service by both Rick's! My vehicle was safely in their care. Nowhere will give you great cs in the last 5 mins but I'm grateful they did bcuz I'm not from there.

When contacting this provider, they couldn't give me a total price for towing so we could properly have the money ready and available that was not covered by insurance.When trying to figure out the individual became aggressive and offended for questions asked.Very disappointed in how this gentleman conducted business. Should be ashamed for yelling at a young woman or trying to ensure he got what was owed to him.

I had a rough evening with a blow out. My road side assistance called them out and it was a really great experience during a really frustrating event. The man who answered the phone was very kind as I was freaked out and assured me they would be there ASAP. Then the tow truck man came, I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly sweet, let me know what was going on and how he was fixing it and got my donut on really quick. Rick himself answered the phone and was extremely rude, like your wasting his time. I was politely inquiring what was needed to pick up a friends vehicle and he told me very quickly and I couldn't make it all out and when I asked a question he bit my head off, telling me I need to write this down, I had paper and a pen but I couldn't understand it all or write that fast. I was being polite and even apologized for being stupid and he rudely replied "Well I got other people waiting!" He actually thinks that people should know already because he does it everyday, somebody needs to inform him we all don't tow cars for a living, I don't know what he is thinking. And the City Of Sherman uses him, he is giving the city a bad name. I for one won't be calling him back ever.

Great service..prompt, polite, and did the job with no difficulty. Young driver was very professional. Only trouble wasI did not get a receipt to turn in to my insurance co. As much my fault. As his because I did not ask for it. Other than that, it was great.

My truck broke down on the highway and within 15 minutes the tow truck was there and taking it to the body shop for repair. Rick and crew were so kind and helpful, not to mention quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called. Highly recommend you call Rick!!!
