Told us $120 for a tow across town, then said something like $375. Got someone else to do it for $90. Won't be calling this place again for anything. Unless you just want to spend lots of money, I wouldn't recommend.

Extremely satisfying it was a flat rate, he was there in less than 30 minutes. Got the car up on the ramp and towed back to my house would highly recommend going with this company if you ever need to be towed. 10 stars really. Hands down.

Nikki was patient with our very complicated rental. She did not get frustrated when we needed to cancel and restart the reservation. We appreciate the amazing customer service and resolution!!!!

Had to get towed quickly due to hwy conditions at the time had shefs dept called to get it set up and theyt worked with me even trhougfh a total loss on my side but still worked with me and acted profecanlly.

In regards to towing my 2002 Chevy trailblazer car out from a ditch from my own auto collision after just arriving in Texas state from Chicago Illinois they were ok however what I didn't like was the person who I called to follow up since they are closed on weekends and my car has lower right damaged and a unknown leak they couldn't tell me when or who could fix my car ASAP. I still had a journey to San Antonio Texas and this road journey ended up being a nightmare in regards to uncertainty on if my car is still fixable and how long next to when they can tow it to an auto mechanic who can see what damages are done and can still be repaired driving wise not body wise

We were stuck on the side of a busy highway and our car rolled off our trailer we were pulling. This service and Shane our driver was excellent and saved us from ruining our Honda. We are sooo very grateful!! Great service and we are back on the road! Thank you again Shane, a real professional tow truck driver.

I've never had to tow things before but the people who work here are the most authentic people I've met that run a business. Easy to talk to, extremely helpful (thank you Nikki for helping me deal with my dealership), and very professional. These people helped me tow my wrecked bike home, and my totaled car off the highway. I would recommend this company 10x over

Towing is never a fun experience. However, this past weekend I spoke with Nikki and she walked me through the experience in as positive manner as possible. She was professional, kind and attentive to my situation. I then was met by James, who processed my paperwork so that the vehicle that had been towed was ready for pickup.
