Worst wrecker service they have a sign that says they are 24/7 but we been calling since 1am it’s 3.21 and no one is answering the phone.

When contacting by phone, I informed them of the location and situation, mentioning that the vehicle needed refueling. If they couldn't respond, they should have declined. Instead, I waited for an hour under the hot sun. When I called again, they still didn't confirm whether they were coming, so I had to contact another company for road service.

My daughter had a blowout in the highway. Juan’s came & towed her off the road. Then moved her directly to a tire shop.

He was great but the fact that I couldn’t communicate I speak English and he spoke Spanish. He just left I was trying to ask questions. I was going to pay but needed a few questions so because it would but me in a spot where I may need to get a job and work for a while to come up with money to get home.

Called roadside and sat and waited 2 hours with no response. Decided to take matters into our own hands and called Juan. He met us on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere within 40 mins with gas and two cold waters! Very very pleased with him!

We were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere by the Sarita Checkpoint. The best was insane. We called Juan’s Tow service and the response time was absolutely amazing!
