I couldn't have asked for a better RV park. Family oriented and clean. Beautiful views. Quite and the owners are always there willing to help with any issues. I felt 100% comfortable that my family would be safe while I'm at work. For the price, which is a complete steal, you sure can't beat it. This was hands down the best park we've ever got to stay at.

Best RV park in Sargent. Best price with the most amenities. They've got laundry & propane on site. Great fishing right on the property too. Family owned and everyone is just friendly. Very fair on price, 50/30 amp, great water pressure. Pull through and back in sites on concrete slabs. Just minutes from the Gulf.

Really have enjoyed it here. Beautiful views of the creek, clean & maintained grounds, fishing, bbqing, all the great amenities, & gatherings We love that we're minutes from the beach and that the owners here are awesome, friendly and down to earth. They have really surpassed our expectations and our previous experiences at other sites. We've had one issue with our electrical when the owners were on vacation, and it was still resolved within a couple of hours. We are beyond thankful to find such a beautiful and comforting place.

Management was decent until my elec was being boosted and meter was upside down, they expected me to cover other people's usage. The area is filled with drugs and less than mediocre parents with not so appealing values, definitely visit before buying and be discreet about your business to see how they do you.......not attractive after spending time with them

The owners were super kind, and very welcoming. We were the only crazy people in tents but our three teen girls had a blast! The price for the stay was amazing for the amenities they offer. We sat in the community room playing dominoes and cards and the bathrooms were spotless! The residents were friendly also.We will definitely be back!

Owner of park would not let me shower in public bathhouse after a 12 hour shift because I am Hispanic. Would not recommend

The people here were great. This is a very quiet and friendly place. This place is 9 minutes to the beach. There is fishing right inside the park. The host likes to have a good time and has a great attitude . For the stay, we will be back very soon. we have already made reservations...

Caney Creek RV Park, a hidden gem near the gulf coast . We love the area , fishing , beach time, a quaint club house, and beautiful sunsets are among the many activities we enjoy.Debbie, Rooster, Keith , and Chad Leib make you feel right at home .

This place is nice! The lady in the office is so friendly along with who I am assuming is her son!! The cabin was perfect for all 5 of us! Not too crowded when it got to cold and we had to hang out inside instead of at the beach or jetties! They bath house was really clean and the water was amazingly hot! Easy to find and the price is just even better!! Can’t wait to book again!! And not too far from the beach!!

Came back for a short stay, but still well run. Nice staff. Many people are long term but they're are also plenty of sites for short term.
