AEP has THE WORST customer service on the phone. Don't ask questions on why an inspection is needed after they tell you it doesn't and then change their minds. They will put you on hold forever and then hang up.Their technicians will break your meter box, make you pay to fix it, not tell you it needs to be inspected, put the reconnect on hold, not yell you it's on hold, and then act like they have no idea what happened. No one else touched that box. Only AEP.

Brownsville is a small city, it should not take more than a day to restore power on a freezing day, the entire area is without power, not happy with this company.

My apartment complex has been out of power for four and a half days. There are elderly people living here. This is a travesty.

For what we pay in line fees to your company which turns out to be 100% of our electricity usage, on top of our Bill's in the RGV, If I am paying DOUBLE the amount a month for power for inclusion of your line fees, I certainly should never have to worry about rolling blackouts, yet here we are. Shame on you and your unethical company.
