This place is horrible it floods when it rains and management is rude. I have been with them for almost a year and once they switched to cube smart this place went down hill.

Too pricey, gave me one price then call a week.later and said had to pay for insurance and an alarm. Got my stuff out after 2 weeks

I have been renting a 5×10 unit from the facility on Ave J in Santa Fe TX for 1 yr now the management at Santa Fe is top notch..so much so that I picked up another year at Ave J..I 'm sad to see Christine go she is the best and we will miss her dearly as she is such a kind compassionate caring lady ...Her replacement Jody has been great as well , she addressed some of my concerns and questions I had as the facility is going under new ownership and was there to help when I was wanting to rent the unit next to mine that had become available ... I will be a customer at Ave J for as long as I have the need for storage.
