Your rent is subject to change with out warning. This place is not up to par and has frequent break ins. The buildings are termite and rat infested. corragated tin nailed to wood. Has no driveway just grass, you can get stuck during rain. The prices are too high. The customer service IF you can get ahold of them sucks. The guy is Rude and won't return calls or emails. They charge you to pay online or over a call in service. It's either sign up for auto pay, pay in person or be charged to pay. Used to recommend but not since cubesmart took over. They are also quick to auction off your things and they do not accept partial payments if you get behind. You can't pay the late payment one week and then catch up the next . They want it all t once in a big lump sum with fees and extra charges all at once, it's designed to take your things.

Sometimes the gate gets stuck for 20 -30 minutes at a time but overall not bad for self storage

I want to make sure you understand why we no longer do business with Acme/Right Move Storage in Hallsville, TX. We moved to Hallsville in 2008. We immediately needed to store some things. We rented a 10X20 at Acme for $60 a month. Several years later, we added a second 10X20 unit. Prices went up a bit every few years. In early 2022, we were paying $130 total for 2 units. Out of the blue, our storage cost went up to $220 or $110 per unit. That is about a 70% increase. We can't afford that, so we purchased a storage building for the back yard and moved out. The folks at Acme have always been very good to us. It hurt us to have to move. But, a 70% increase out of the blue is simply outrageous. We can't tolerate that!Charlie Hunt (B-22 and D-38)

Not to impressed that the first time we tried to get in the gate it wouldn't open and we had to wait 45 minutes for the manager to get there and climb the gate to open it and then locked it open so that our stuff was not behind a secured gate when we left, but reasonable prices

We rented out a storage an ALLLL our things got stolen. Not 1 paper left behind. To our family pictures to our washer an dining table got stolen. An all they told us is to make a police report an if something came up they would let us know.. so our things are long gone. I was paying our storage for who knows how long they took our things. Can even get refunded or know when they got stolen. So much for cameras on sight. Do not rent from them.

Great place to trust around here . Youll be getting the best deal and not have to worry about theft. Great location and a good price . If you are late on a payment they will work with you . Highly recommend.
