He opened the case and patiently allowed me to try on different pieces for over 30 minutes, never showing any sign of frustration or rushing me. I eventually purchased a beautiful James Avery bracelet. I was so impressed with the service that I recommended the shop to my mom, and Kaleb provided her with the same excellent assistance. “I buy a lot of guns and by far this store has the best selection, they have the most amazing payment plans and most importantly THE STAFF!!! They’re always so kind and nice , this one big Hispanic guy with tattoos( I forgot his name ) I think he’s the assistant manager? He’s always so nice and polite , and anytime I wanna buy a new gun he has all the facts about the gun I’m buying , will tell you all the awesome details of it that I usually can’t find out at a gun store . Also great tool selection and knife collection.”

“The original owner Kelly was a very good guy. He’s very reasonable had a great sense of humor and would definitely be missed but other than that I must say the new owner/manager is super intelligent very nice very willing to talk and negotiate and help you out, as much as possible ! An over all treat people with respect and that’s what people like , treat others the way you like to be treated and they definitely do that. There’s no judgment in this easy cash ! I’ve been going to this place for many years and I’ve never once been unsatisfied when I walked out of the door. Thank you so much for all that y’all do and all y’all help with everyone I really do appreciate it and also the gentleman and the ladies that worked there Are very polite and a very respectful and they also do what they can to help someone out so thank you to all of the staff for being such wonderful people to make this place pawnshop the way it is today and even better in the future thank you all”
