“I went in having trouble with my Iphone 12 and miss Erica helped me get my Iphone back on and working. She showed me what to do the next time my screen goes black. I am not a current carrier with Metro by T-Mobile but I will be looking at switching over and going through miss Erica. She answered all my questions for when I get ready to switch over to Metro by T-Mobile and gave me all the right information to get things started and I will be going back to see miss Erica at the store. She is a nice kind lady and knows everything I was going to ask and didn't take anytime to answer my questions. If you need a phone or your phone fixed go see miss Erica.”

“This is a review for Irving Daniel at the Verizon store on 96 in League City! Irving was a pleasure to work with. I switched to an iphone from my Motorola and he helped me move over my stuff including my pictures and apps. Also gave me a great deal on an ipad and my service. I couldn't be a happier customer. “Came in this store to switch over from sprint. They were friendly and super helpful. I ended up having to go back in the next day to return my new iPhone and port my number back to sprint because AT&T doesn't service where we were moving to. They were still really nice about the whole thing. Then AT&T messed up my bill big time and I called the local La Marque store and left a message and they actually called me back and cleared up my issue right away! This is such great customer service. Best cell phone store I've been in. Sprint was horrid and I hate that I had to go back to them. Thanks to Johan the store manager for being on his game.”
