“Riley Burse was hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever encountered in the tech world. He took time and resolved all the problems I was having with switching my home to to AT&T's direct tv, and switching my phones and watches to AT&T, my AT&T password, my internet, my phones, my AT&T login, AppleCare, all the things! The night before, I spent 6 hours on the phone with apple and made a two trips to an AT&T store and one to an Apple Store. I was beyond frustrated and raging. So... if you need any help with AT&T... go to the friendswood location and ask for Riley Burse. He is smart, helpful, patient and a God sent!”

“I go here to pay for my disabled brother's service. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and nice! They always offer savings that I may be interested in (I'm not), and they are just so helpful! Although I can't really sign my brother up for the discount programs they offer I really do appreciate them trying to help me save him some cash! I've been to other Cricket stores to pay and don't receive anything close to the level of service and professionalism that I get at this store! Congrats to all of you!”
