They took care of our baby Maltipoo boy, Gumbo. Destiny the nurse, Stacey front desk and the doctor were all such wonderfully pleasant, so sweet and kind and helpful. They got me in same day with an appointment, walked me through CareCredit application, and were so sweet to our fur son. Gumbo especially loved his nurse Destiny.
Called them today with some concerns, and was answered and helped by Stacey, who is just the kindest most helpful representative at any business I’ve ever spoken with.
Y’all have a great team, and took care of one of my kids. I’ll always be a customer with this hospital.

Terribly rude nasty response to why my animals condition worsened drastically after their “treatment”. “I could have taken your money sir and just sent you on your way” . Super unprofessional and obviously disrespectful statement after I already spent 500 for nothing. Disgusting behavior from someone you go to for help. He also told me to basically screw my self when I apologized for taking his time from his other patients. I can’t express enough how cold blooded and “we followed AVMA guidelines sir…” recently graduated, heartless prick of a man this guy is. I will probably lose my animal at the emergency clinic today because your lack of “loving care”.

Loving Care saved our senior dog Baby's life this week! She was very ill, not eating, vomiting blood, lethargic. Loving Care did bloodwork and xrays, they told me what the problem might be and gave us options. My husband and I realized our dog had eaten stuffing from her dog bed! She had never done that before. Loving Care did emergency exploratory surgery, removed the big ball of bed stuffing and saved her life! Dr. Jugan, Millie, Jennifer, Emma, Devin and everyone on the team were so kind, patient, caring. They explained pre and post op very well and our dog is recovering well now. Thank you Loving Care! We appreciate everything you did for Baby!
