Needed a wheel balanced. He used the wrong type of weight for the wheel. Took it to NTB to find out he cross threaded my lug nut and the wheel was still way out of balance. Do not go here. And no joke when I pulled up the guy was standing in the shop with binoculars looking at people across the street. Pretty creepy.

I bought 4 tires from this man and they came with one bad tire and he refused to replace it under the warranty and then he told me that he would contact the company for a replacement tire and it would take 3 weeks for it to come in and its been 3 months and I have still not received my replacement tire.
