When I called to ask when I could get an oil change and the lady said just come on. I get there at 1222 and she tells me that they went to lunch and I'll have to come back at 2pm. At three pm I asked when are you going to take my motor home? They came out and took it. At 355 I paid the bill. I asked why was it so high? $218.04 She said oh they check everything and lube the classy... my husband said that nothing was lubed. When I asked if it always takes that long she said, we'll usually people just drop off the vehicle, and it takes two days. Needless to say we will never go there again.

We had a leaking air bag on the rear of our motorhome. We had heard replacement of these are recommended between 7 and 10 years and ours was 8 years old. Once replaced we asked them to evaluate the front airbags as we did not wanna be left stranded if they go out it isn’t drivable. Due to the current supply change shortage, the front airbags we’re not available at the manufacturer. Tommy went above and beyond to locate a replacement set of front airbags at a out of state freightliner repair shop. He made a deal with the other shop to have them purchased and shipped to us prior to our departure on an out-of-state trip. Can’t say enough how wonderful it is to have a trustworthy RV repair shop in Santa Fe. Especially when it’s owned and operated by a local family who supports our community!!! This shop is complete bullshit! I took my truck into get a new transmission and Transfer case and a week later I have a transmission leak and my truck is now stalling out and won't move. I talked to the owner to see if would fix it free of cost because I just paid over 6k to get it fixed and he said he can't. Don't waste your money on a shop who can't even fix something correctly.

I found the guys to be honest and timely. Brought a duramax in with a check engine light on. They could not find any problems, reset the light and charged me the diagnostic fee. I would definitely recommend these fellows.

This is the worst Auto repair place I have ever been to. I took my ford excursion to get the a/c repaired. After three weeks of not fixing it and not blowing cold air I picked it up and took it to the ford dealer and they had it fixed in 2 days. I had to pay what the repair shop charged me and what the dealer charged. All I asked was for the auto repair shop to reimburse me what I had to pay the dealer to get my truck fixed and the owner said no.

I would not recommend Gass automotive. They charge you $98 per hour to determine what is wrong with your car. Then they will overcharge you parts and labor. My car smelled like gasoline for a week after I got it back and they charged me over $600 to change out a $100 part.
