Staying with friends in Bayou Vista and I drove to Doreck’s, I bought 2 filets and a ribeye and their Tuesday taco special!! Tacos were delicious, the steaks we ate that night and let me just say-THEY WERE FABULOUS!! Go check this place out!

Food was alright but I will say I noticed this older African American women who came in to look at the meat selection as I was eating and they never bothered helping her… Makes me wonder what’s up with that??

I had two deer dropped off in two separate coolers. One was a brand new artic that was just used to put that deer in. The second cooler was an older cooler. Both coolers look like they were dumped out of the back of a truck going down the highway 80 mph. I opened the older cooler and now it has a quarter size puncture in it. I won’t be dropping any more deer off at this place. If they’re going to treat your property like that, I wonder how they treat the meat you dropped off. Also I had waited for 20 minutes just to get all my stuff. They clearly had no idea what was going on.
