This pharmacy is a joke. They either never have your meds ready when supposed to be or they claim they only got 1 medicine when you have multiple. I sat in line for 20 min waiting for 2 prescriptions and 1 of the 2 some how was lost and they couldn’t find it.

The pharmacist at this location is great - helpful with insurance and is quick to fill. I drive past the CVS in Alvin to get my scripts filled here just because of the positive and helpful pharmacy staff.

It seems I cannot check out at ANY CVS without difficulty! Corporate has chosen to offer coupons and then making using them without stress a total impossibility....cheating the customer along the way. To boot, I am a club member, paying my monthly dues without fail and still being cheated at checkout! I continue to go back because they lure me with coupons, but the stress is becoming too much and I don't know how much more I can take!

Megan in the pharmacy was absolutely the most helpful person and I was thankful that she took her time to help us find the best pricing and fastest way to get a medication our insurance didn’t cover. Even though the medication would be arriving late she took her time to transfer the prescription to another CVS and called me back with confirmation. We had so much trouble with our doctor and many phone calls. She took time to help us when no one else would.

Pharmacy says there is a glitch and thats why my medicine wasn't recived from my doctor. I clearly see in my medical charts the perception was sent to CVS . What a joke.

This is not the pharmacy to go to if you need your prescriptions on time. If you are not happy with your service don't bother telling the Pharmacist. He is very passive aggressive. It will do nothing for you but make you feel like you are being talked down to. Moving all my prescriptions just so I do not have to deal with him. At least at Alvin Care Pharmacy they treat you respectfully and try to help you with issues.
