“My experience with Jjs in Friendswood has always been great. I can can honestly say that I have always had helpful, polite service from all employees. I can honestly say that a large part of that is due to the Mechanic Dalton who emphasizes customer service. He helped me install a new battery into my car and was sooo helpful. He a WOULD NOT ACCEPT A TIP FROM ME. I wanted to show appreciation and was told it was not necessary. You don’t get service like this anymore and obviously JJ’s has made this a priority. A huge thank you!!”

“Great experiences at this car wash! Workers are friendly and helpful. One of the times I went, I had just gotten back from a road trip and had a lot of bugs stuck to the front of the car. Devon and another employee scrubbed the areas where the bugs didn’t come off the first time through and ran my car through the wash again with success!”

“Here's my experience with this place. I was recently up north and got a boatload of salt all over my truck and trailer from the highway. The place is easy to get a tractor trailer in and out of. There is a very user friendly payment system for both credit cards/ debit or coin. There is lots of room in the big wash bay to scrub and spray. The water is heated, yes heated!!I had an opportunity to meet the owner while I was there and it was an absolute pleasure. Mr. Dan Tucker is very much the gentleman and a fine business owner. I had never been there before but I call it like it is,... I will definitely go back. My truck is clean and I was able to spray underneath the frame and get all that salt out of there. There are also areas to wash vehicles like cars and trucks and also a dog wash bay. Great local business and I understand he is about to open another location in the Dickinson area. That's it for this review, thanks.”

“Pretty clean place, has what you need to get your car cleaned and looking nice as possible. My husband is a Professional Car Detailer so he comes her when the sun goes down to finish waxing and other such stuff. They also off SOME outlets if you need to plug in your own equipment.”
“Great car wash the previous store manager was Mikel Z was keeping the store clean but Agustin S the new store manager of FM646 location also kept the location clean too but I like when this location that has vending machines wherever you can buy air fresheners, detailings supplies and towels and drinks and snacks and restrooms are clean and I was going to buy air fresheners from like auto zone or O’Reilly auto parts after vacuuming my car but I forgot to buy air fresheners before I come here but thankfully, they sell all type of air fresheners scent from little trees at the vending machines but for only $1.50 per tree and my favorite air freshener is Caribbean Colada but I’ll try Piña Colada to see what the smell differences is”

“Great food selection, got just what I need. Clean, nicely organized sections. This location is much more calm and less crowded than the one by the Pearland town center. The cashiers and store associates are very nice and helpful. The missing 1 star is because they never have cakes with whipped cream in stock ready to go. You would always have to order one. I'd always have to go to Kroger's just for their cakes with whipped cream. Our family eat cake whenever we like. We don't wait for special occasions or birthdays. Sigh... Some of the boiled crawfish could've been a little bigger. It would be nice it H‑E‑B could start to add bay numbers to sectionalize their aisles like Home Depot and Lowe's. Pros: water pressure is good. And the water itself seems nicely filtered. The card payment only is a pro for me. $2 is the minimum charge but you get about 3 or so minutes for that. Not a bad price. The bays are relatively clean themselves.
Cons: none of the options work as far as soap or wax. It’s just all water. I bring my own soap to overcome this because most water pressure places like this have terrible soaps and waxes anyway but it would be nice if they added some.”
“This HEB Car wash is pretty good and the price is alright for this place. I will agree that the line is really long but I love this place and management has done a great job so far.”
“Hector did an awesome job getting my car ready for trade in!! I had a lot of dog hair in my backseat and some nose prints on my windows (iykyk ?) - no trace of anything when he was done. I’ll be back for a detail with my new car.
I’ve also been for just a wash and the car looked great pulling out. Definitely a great place to drive through and get the pollen or bird cap off your car!! ?”
