First Shad Gave us Great Customer service!!! His energy is awesome , my husband go to this metro often and they're pretty cool ! But today I went in with him & This guy is awesome . He helps us out so much and I just love love love his energy. He's a kind and caring guy , much love to him and his family. I will be going in there more often. I would drive all the way to Denton just to do business but from now on I'll be here whenever I need anything dealing with Metro service. Once again , Thank you shad for your great service!

We were helped by Shad who is absolutely the most helpful person we've encountered so far. My mom was in a accident where her phone was unrecoverable and he helped us get her right set up and ready to go no stress we couldn't have had a better time

I usually dread going into a phone store to deal with an issue, but today with Shad was just the opposite. I would say I probably had the best customer service and interaction in a retail store thus far. I got to know him while he went patiently through my options. I am super pleased with my new iPhone! I will definitely be back; he's such a sweetie and very good at his job!

I would like to thank Metro store in Sanger Texas and Sam store manager really help me and save me about $3,000 a month salary by taking care of my phone and putting it back on track because my phone has what makes me money thanks Sam. I recommend this store to everyone. Sam will take care of you.
