We bought of camper back in February. Like any new camper warranty work needed to get done. We worked with Nita in service and she was great about keeping us informed on the parts and was able to accommodate our timeline for service. We will definitely be back to them for any service work we need!

Nita, our service writer, was awesome in helping through some of the repairs we needed on our Winnebago View.. courteous understanding and very responsive..Thank you Nita!!!Brian and Jeff, in service, were equally fantastic!! As soon as we met Hunter Pruett I knew Carlene and I were going to have some fun. We wanted to trade up and Hunter got us there no problem. His dedication, knowledge, and work ethic are outstanding. He takes everything In stride and has consistently delivered. In fact everyone at McClain seems to operate at this high level of customer service. The entire McClain's experience has been pleasant and professional with a lot of laughs thrown in.Just can't say enough about this particular dealership!

As newbies to the RV lifestyle, myself & my fiance were overwhelmed with all the different brands and floorplans. We started our hunt online & went to several dealerships where we just didn't get the gut feeling that we were picking the right one. Then we found McClain's, went down there & met our salesman Hunter Pruett. After all the dealerships & salesmen we met, Hunter was the most thorough and he actually discussed things with us no other salesman had mentioned before. We came to McClain's with a few options in mind to look at, and we left that day with a totally different RV based on Hunter's recommendation. He showed us a Grand Design Imagine 2910BH and when we walked in, we both had that gut feeling it was the one for us! Very thankful we found McClain's & Hunter!! We've now taken 3 trips in our RV, and we're so excited to take more trips with our RV. Overall, FIVE STAR experience, we'll be back Hunter in a couple of years when we're ready to size up!

Well.....I believe I'm going to adjust my review to the last possible report possible.Customer Service "SEEMS" like it will be great when meeting and greeting (buying) but it goes down hill very rapidly.What has gone wrong with this after purchase is, I believe, the reality of how they service and it is extremely disappointing.The "Walk-Through" was an absolute disastrous joke - if challenged on this I will give details and names - but it was horrible.The follow up and follow through for issues to be resolved has been disastrous and very disappointing.MattressTagsSetupStabilizer BarsHow to use items in our RV is still unknownCustomer Service is where longevity is nurtured- it's unbelievable that this group cannot do that well - they have the framework but not the acumen to follow through.

Purchased my slightly used 2019 Camper 4/13/23 from McClain in Sanger for some reason they did not pop up on BBB. This purchase was for my handicapped brother. Got it home and started to do a more thorough inspection of all the different components. After inspecting the roof I noticed a few roof seals that needed some touch up due to some light cracking. I reported 2 days after purchase to hopefully be covered under warranty. In my opinion this should have been done in their prep to deliver to customers. I asked if they could send a tech to come seal up the few concerning areas. They don't do that. I said ok, no problem, can you mail me 1 tube for free and I would do the work myself. "I'm sorry we don't do that either." I finally said can i go to your location near me and just pick up atube for free. "No you will have to pay for it." The only option they are giving me is to take it the hour and half back to the dealer and they will fix it for me. It will cost me more in gas, 1 way, than it will for the tube of caulking. On top of the lack of service the finance person messed up on the paperwork 3 times and I had to sign multiple papers multiple times, one time after i had already left with the camper. They tried so hard to get my business, and once they did, nothing else mattered to keep my business.

My husband, my mom and I have been looking for an RV for a few years but each time never felt right until we stepped into McClains. It was like we were apart of a family and treated with so much love and respect! Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond with all of our crazy requests to make sure my mom, who is handicapped, could get in and out of the RV safely. When the original extra handle didn’t work with the door they didn’t say sorry, nothing we can do, they said don’t worry we have a plan and made a custom handle for her. They also installed our keyless lock as well and when we did the walk through we left feeling confident and sad we wouldn’t be back for a little while. Our family will be McClains customers for life. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the amazing people who work here, especially Jeremy dealing with us and all needs.

We are 1st time Rv owners. We purchased a beautiful Solitude S-Class. The whole experience has been wonderful. My husband, John and I highly recommend McClain's. We love that they reserved a night for us to stay in KOA right by the dealership. Chase gave a great tutorial that I recorded and have had to refer to a couple times. Our salesman Bryan was awesome. He still 2 months after the sale will answer any question I have. He always picks up or calls me right back.I meant to do this review back when we picked up our Rv, but now is perfect because I can also add a big thumbs up to service Ashley and our service Tech Brian. We are getting ready to take our 1st trip this Saturday and our hot water heater was not working. I called McClains on Monday and Ashley got us in the next day. We were there maybe 10 minutes and Brian fixed our issue. Brian is the best. He also came out the 1st night we were in our RV in the KOA and adjusted our self leveling. The 2 times we needed help they have immediately taken care of us. I love this place and everyone that works there are great people that truly believe in customer satisfaction before and after the sale. ❤️

The 2023 Dallas RV show is where I met Lathan Bolin. He was able to help answer my questions about finding the right RV for me. I was interested in the Grand Design because of it's quality and the ability to be used it as a full time residential unit. That’s something the other brands just don’t do.Lathan and I found the right RV that really made me smile, an Imagine XLS 23LDE. It has a beautiful rear kitchen, great seating and dining space perfect for a conversation area, large bath room and a nicely separated bed room with its own outside entry door. So much storage too. I have to say that Grand Design hit it out of the park on this floor plan. I love the solar power ability and 12 Volt refrigerator that cools very quickly. Throughout the purchase and delivery of my Imagine XLS Nathan was extremely helpful. He gave me some great ideas about optional accessories too.I also want to thank Chase Cook who helped with all my accessories and final walk through. Both Lathan and Chase were VERY EASY to work with and I will surely buy from them again.PS: The Sanger location has the nicest sales & service too.

Evan Gray is the best ever! He took care of my brother, mom, and I find the best RV for my brother. He explained all the benefits of the RV and the process was seamless from start to finish. Lathan Bolton was our sales rep. He is so very knowledgeable about all of the products and helped us find the best RV for our needs and budget. We bought from the Dallas RV show and feel they worked out a great deal with us. Chase met us to do the walk-thru of our new RV the day we came to pick it up and he too was so helpful and knowledgeable patiently explaining how to operate everything. I highly recommend this dealership and the two great people we had the pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I recently purchased a new toy hauler from McClains. Our sales experience was incredible thanks to our salesman Evan. He was extremely professional and took the time to listen to exactly what our needs were, and then knowledgeable enough to show us the models that fit our lifestyle. I can’t say enough good things about Evan, but if I could make a long story short, I would say Evan made this the best buying experience I’ve had. He worked long hours well past closing time, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my family was taken care of, and that’s hard to find lately. Thank you Evan!
