We stopped by her on a whim when traveling back from the valley. The folks here are such a delight to visit with. It was like seeing old friends that you just met. We picked up several kinds of queso and they are all absolutely delicious! We also got 5 quarts of milk. It tastes so much better than any milk I have ever tasted. Since we don't drink a lot of milk in our house, I made cheese out of most of it. Farmer's cheese with green onion in it is really good and very easy to make at home.

Best milk around. My family loves going out there and supporting them with their great dairy products and grassfed beef. Highly recommended.

We stopped in after seeing the sign on 359 @ Sandia. What a wonderful place. Thank you Joe! Grass fed jersey cows supply the incredible milk they use to make their cheese. The milk and cheese are delicious. The store is in the same building where the milking and cheese is made. I also purchased some ground beef I am so excited to try. I will be stopping in every time I am in the area and hope they will have a distributor in San Antonio soon. I feel very lucky to have this high quality option available.

So proud to see a family farm/dairy providing a true farm to table experience. Super friendly with premium grade products that are produced right on site! Well worth the trip! Pay the Knolle dairy farm a visit if you can. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I started going here during the Stimulus Checks time as I felt helping local business was important. Milk is my favorite beverage. Three different roads will take you to the Dairy, two roads with chuck holes and another part way with Caliche rock. Business door has a sign saying call xxx-xxxx for someone to help you. Saturday may be different. My choice to go when not busy. Most of the time I was the only customer. Staff very friendly, products so fresh. $4 for a Qt of milk and $7 Qt for Yogurt. They're Proud of their Milk!

This place was an experience, warning for some reason the google maps doesn’t take you directly to the farm and building you need to go to check out their cheese. We went in an odd time but we were very welcomed. When you enter, you have windows where you can see a worker cutting and packaging cheese. On the other side are clear refrigerator doors like a grocery store with racks of different kinds of cheese. We bought three different kinds. Since the trip, we have tried one package to make quesadillas. Great cheese! It is a soft cheese and in some ways different tasting then store bought and not hard on the digestion. We will definitely be back to try more and maybe the yogurt.

Knolls Dairy used to have a presence at the Pearl Farmers Market. They make the most wonderful cheese. We miss them! I am contemplating driving down to the farm on Friday or Saturday to get their delicious cheese and milk! Hope they are well!
