After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Thank you Eddie!!!

Horrible experience, went in to purchase a wedding band , found one I like went to pay it,stuck my card in it said approved and the young lady asked if it went through on my end because it didn’t go through on her tablet she asked me to check on my bank account and sure enough it did go through not pending but posted already it took the amount out already she than asked her I’m assuming manager who was very rude for help she told me I would have to swipe again even though it went through I declined because I’m not paying almost 700 dollars again she refused to give me what I paid for or at least cancel the transaction or refund the total , I left with no ring and charged 681

I just went into the Zales outlet to shop for a ring for my love, and let me tell you ...
BRIANNA IS AMAZING.
She was super helpful. The best thing, and honestly most important thing, was she did not look down on me or ignore me once I told her my very low budget. I only had a budget of 250ish. She tried her best and we did find one right price and very beautiful. The problem was that right next to it was the ring that caught my eye and was even more beautiful and blew my budget out by way more. She made valid points that I am going to buy a ring I might as well buy the one that really caught my eye. She also was super helpful trying to get me approved for credit. I knew I would be denied, but well she was so nice and eager to help I said why not. I left there with an amazing experience of respect and patience, and my beautiful woman is getting a beautiful ring. BRIANNA thank you so much for your time, your customer service, and just over all amazingly friendly help and conversation. Zales I want yall to know how awesome BRIANNA is
