“Looking for different gifts for our boys and granddaughters, we came in here. What a unique store. Love the concept that a portion of what you shown goes to feeding the homeless.We found several sensory toys for our granddaughters and some books for the boys. Great store with a purpose. Definitely give them a try if you are close by.”

“I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Almost immediately after submitting my order, I got the “your items are ready” email. I waited until the next morning to head that way. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying the computers were down and the store was closed due to it. I was bummed… I started to leave and just drive back to San Marcos another day but decided to call the store to ask if fully paid curbside orders were affected by the computer being down. She told me I could pick it up now! She unlocked the door and allowed me in to complete the pick up process. I’m so happy I decided to call to make sure. 5 stars for how fast they fulfilled my order after placing it and for the manager knowing how to navigate through a computer failure and allowing me to pickup my curbside order.”
“The store was neatly organized. Trish the sales associate in woman’s clothing was extremely helpful and kind. I went I. To purchase the black linen dress and unfortunately the size didn’t matter the top of that dress was too small in the bodice for my frame. My Son scored in the children section. Everyone that worked there was kind and helpful.”

“I've been searching for the right jeans for quite some time. As a millennial trying to transition out of the skinny jeans era but not fully into the wide-leg trend, it’s been a challenge. When I arrived at the Levi’s store, I was just browsing. A young girl helped me pick out styles to try on.
In the fitting room, Joni was incredibly patient and kind, bringing me different sizes and styles to help me find my perfect fit. I thought I had settled on a nice pair when I ran into Alyssa, a Levi’s employee, on my way to the register. She asked, “Did you find jeans you like?” I replied, “I guess… I mean, yeah. These will do.”
That’s when Alyssa stepped in with her exceptional customer service skills. She noticed I wasn’t fully convinced and made it her mission to find me the perfect jeans. She searched the entire store—front and back—until I finally found a pair that made me exclaim in the mirror, “OMG! These look amazing! I look amazing!”
Alyssa didn’t have to help me; I was ready to check out. But she made this shopping experience memorable, and I’m so grateful. Thank you, Alyssa! The millennial community appreciates you!”

“Shout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

“I absolutely love Zumiez, just not the prices. This is the only skate shop or resemblance of a skate shop in the San Marcos area. Got my first custom skateboard here and got help from the worker who put it together for me! So kind and friendly couldn’t be more grateful for the help since I didn’t have any tools myself to put it together. helped me from start to finish and walked out with the best skateboard ever!!!!!!”
