I asked them for a receipt for an heart worm protection I purchased. They then proceeded to say I never paid for it and now I had a balance with them. I tried to call the manager and she was rude and yelled at me and told me she was trying to do me a favor. I have never been talked down to in such an inappropriate manner. They told me their computer was in error and blamed me. Do not go there unless you want them to try and charge you hundreds of dollars multiple months later.

I took my dog into this vet clinic and she is now dead. My family dog was taken here and diagnosed with diabetes, they informed my mother the best option was to leave her there for a couple days to get her blood sugar under control. We were never informed there were no staff in the clinic overnight and our dog died alone with no medical help, she was left alone for 11 hours. We were never informed she was critical, in fact they told us she was improving and could be picked up today and just needed insulin and a controlled diet. The vet couldn’t even tell me why my dog died, just shrugged her shoulders. This clinics negligence killed my dog, do not take emergent cases if you cannot care for them.

First off! This place is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. The feeling of being in a home surrounded by people that care really puts you at ease. I heard some tough news today with my forever fur baby but this staff made sure to make us comfortable and my doggy’s last days comfortable. Thank you! I won’t ever forget this place. It’s gorgeous inside and out like everyone that works here.

I DO NOT recommend this place. Unfortunately, we had the WORST experience here. VERY sad. There are PLENTY of LEGITIMATE vet clinics in the central Texas area that provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service and most importantly, QUALITY care for your pets.

Here, You will sacrifice quality of service. I have taken my dog for ear infection and I paid for an ear cleaning. Which they took a cotton round with some cleaning solution to his ear (when it should’ve been a thorough rinse). I also tried to get another bottle of ear cleaner after some time of not being there. For the same issue, and Williams Sebby would not give it to me because they wanted to charge a $70 checkup to decide if he needed more. There are better vets in the area, Look elsewhere.

This may be a good vet off office but this facility is NOT a great doggie day facility!
The girl I spoke with 2 wks before taking our dog there assured me that the dogs are not kenneled during the day except from 12-2pm.
When we arrived I asked to see the yard and where he would be staying since this was our first time there. After several minutes… I asked again to see where he would be at and so she took me back to show me the kennel he would be staying in all day except for 3 - 15 minute breaks outside! Totally unacceptable!! I would warn anyone who was thinking of leaving their pet there for boarding or doggie day care to reconsider and ask to see the facility, where your dog will stay and play. For a “additional fee” , he could have a bit more play time.
You have the right as a pet owner to ask to see these things!!!
Fortunately, right behind them is a WONDERFUL PET RESORT called my buddy’s Pet Resort. They are AMAZING ! I am thankful The vet office told me about the Pet resort behind them. So disappointed at how the animals are cooped up in a kennel all day at The vet office.
I highly encourage you again to check where your pet will be staying!!

Christy needs help.
I was a teen when Christy and Sebby started at William-Sebby, now 31yo. and I've just watched her get worse at her job over time.
Burnt out?
Personal things?
Idk?
I can deal with disorganized, but unnecessary rudeness does not fly.
She at least used to be kind.
Christy hung up on me.
She hung up.
Why?
Because she was stressed and doesn't handle it well at all.
Is that my problem?
Yes; it is now.
Because her tunnel vision and/or anxiety now affects the care and treatment of others.
I was trying to get my senior dog's blood panel results. He is having active neurological issues and I need them. STAT.
Instead of just saying "sure I can send it to you too." I get a lengthy overcrowded response about why they can't send it to me or won't send it to me.
I don't mind if you send them to the clinic first, but at least give me some solice and let me know you'll send them my way too, like I'm requesting; send it to the paying mother's way.
I paid $541. 05 for senior panel, and routine annual vaccs. So yeah. When I call to get results sent to me for whatever reason... I expect respect, kindness, and for you to take a breath and talk to me like you care.
As I have done with you when I should be irrate and yell and be an unreasonable "Karen." But I don't. Because we all have choices to make.
I never raised my voice, I only asked "why can't you just send them to me too, like I don't understand, can't you just attach my email with the email you're ready sending to the clinic?"
Hangs up.
How comforting?
No comfort at all.
Life is hard. Having sick fur babies makes it harder. Why do people not see that they are making matters worse with their lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills?
Why does it not affect them? Is there no moral conscious?
Do they go home and reflect and think "I could and will do better tomorrow?"
It's sad and I wish she would do something she really enjoyed or could find the joy once more.... Or even just for her to receive help for her mental and emotional status. It's truly a detriment to her, the business, and everyone having to deal with her on her "off" days.
The results were sent, finally.
But why was it impossible to be kind and reassuring ...to just be nice?
So sick and tired of paying people to then just be treated incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I have been taking my Dog and cats to W-S for a couple years now and it's always a great experience. Great service and care for the fur-babies.
Utilized their boarding services for the first time and was very pleased with the care they gave to my pup over the weekend!! Great place for animal care in San Marcos! ?

We've been using this veterinarian for several years now. They are always very good, very kind to our pets. Dr Scharffer and the techs have saved the day several times. The young lady at the front desk was new and did a great job from the initial call to closing the invoice on 5-31-24. Thanks again William Sebby team.
