Love the selection of items in the store. The employees are always helpful and friendly and I appreciate their consistent level of service.While I do understand that some items have damage it would be nice if the store would tighten bolts and other small repair that wouldn’t take much time or effort.

Not posting out of anger, feel like I should offer a warning though. Went here for the first time, happened to be a big sale going on. Bought three things. Two have poorly machined parts and won’t fit together as intended, one is straight up missing two large parts.Can’t return them because everything was final sale that day. Contacted customer service to see if I could just buy replacement parts. Turns out they have no replacement parts.Customer service told me “sometimes outlet items are damaged or missing pieces.” So…West Elm is knowingly selling busted stuff here. FYI

Great deals on furnitures today - they're offering 40% off in addition to their already marked down outlet prices! I snagged a dresser with a small dimple (scratch) discounted by 15% for that small imperfection! Mirrors are on sale for 70% their outlet prices. A steal! I didn't get the chance to browse the other selections but good variety of decor and essentials available this weekend Friendly service from the staff! Parking is never a problem. They are located in the Tangier Outlets- and at the furthermost section - far from the busy portion of the outlet mall.

Still shopping around for furniture to furnish our new house, but just want to shout out to the helpful employees with amazing customer service.Whether in store or on the phone they are extremely personable and informative. So disappointing... bought this chair in brand new condition and is now falling apart. It is pretty new and after being a loyal and consistent customer for years they are telling me that they do not stand behind the quality of their own products. Do not be fooled by the brand. They just white label products and don't know if the quality is there.

The store findings can be hit or miss and when you find a gem it's like you've struck gold. I was super pleased with a recent visit and had a great customer service experience with Reygen who was so sweet kind and helpful as well as interactions with the manager Elijah in resolving a delivery issue. He was apologetic and resolved everything very quickly and fairly. These two made the overall experience a great one.

Tanner went above and beyond in helping me with the purchase of my furniture. When I arrived at the store I was immediately greeted by Tanner who helped me locate the mid-century modular bookcase I had placed on hold earlier that afternoon. Upon inspection of the bookcase, Tanner noticed that one of the sliding door handles was severely bent. Without even asking, he proactively fixed the handle, replaced the damaged screws, and set me up with a scratch and dent discount. An incredible deal and fantastic customer service to boot.In addition to the great prices, the great customer service is why I will always drive the 45 minutes to the West Elm Outlet in San Marcos for furniture before looking anywhere else. Tanner is an asset to your company, please value him.

The customer service here is good from what I’ve experienced. Each call I make they’re courteous and while I’m in store they’re helpful. The prices aren’t half bad either. I’ll echo another review that’s a little older than mine, if you go to West Elm, go to this one.

We are long time customers who used to tell all of our friends about this place, but it’s really gone downhill. Everything is now damaged and overpriced, and the manger, Rob, was incredibly rude.I politely asked for a discount on a heavily damaged piece (this is a standard thing they do, 10-15%). He gaslit me about the damage, told me this wasn’t “a flea market” in the most condescending tone and continued negging me.I can’t know why he thought it was acceptable to talk down to me in that way, but it was wildly unprofessional. His loss at the end of the day as we had ~5k of pieces on hold and walked away.
