This store is fantastic with great prices! I've found some heavily discounted furniture pieces here. The staff is incredibly helpful—Renee, Briana, Stephanie, and Shelby all went out of their way to help me find a specific items I was searching for.

I called and put a chair on hold that my wife and I had seen in store, at this location the day before. The hold was confirmed by a staff member and we were told that we had 2 hours to come purchase it. We rushed to San Marcos from north Austin to make it in time. We made it to the store before our 2 hour hold had concluded. Upon arriving at the store, we noticed the chair had been sold. When we spoke to the manager about this, we were told that it was a West Elm staff member's fault for not confirming the hold with the other staff members. We were also told by the manager that there is nothing that can be done about the fact that we had a hold on the chair and they sold it. This was a huge waste of our time and money. This store, their managers and their staff do not care about or respect their customers enough to call and let them know that a product that is on hold is being sold. It is also very odd for the manager to blame other staff members with no intention of rectifying the issue with the customer.
This was a huge waste of our time and overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Found a lot of good stuff here especially when they have specials. I was able to furnish a good part of my house with furniture and decorations from here; all at an excellent price!

Love the selection of items in the store. The employees are always helpful and friendly and I appreciate their consistent level of service.While I do understand that some items have damage it would be nice if the store would tighten bolts and other small repair that wouldn’t take much time or effort.

Not posting out of anger, feel like I should offer a warning though. Went here for the first time, happened to be a big sale going on. Bought three things. Two have poorly machined parts and won’t fit together as intended, one is straight up missing two large parts.Can’t return them because everything was final sale that day. Contacted customer service to see if I could just buy replacement parts. Turns out they have no replacement parts.Customer service told me “sometimes outlet items are damaged or missing pieces.” So…West Elm is knowingly selling busted stuff here. FYI

Great deals on furnitures today - they're offering 40% off in addition to their already marked down outlet prices! I snagged a dresser with a small dimple (scratch) discounted by 15% for that small imperfection! Mirrors are on sale for 70% their outlet prices. A steal! I didn't get the chance to browse the other selections but good variety of decor and essentials available this weekend Friendly service from the staff! Parking is never a problem. They are located in the Tangier Outlets- and at the furthermost section - far from the busy portion of the outlet mall.
