Seemed understaffed as the employee taking orders at the register and ringing up customers was also manning the fries and helping a bit in back. It was not busy when I arrived at12:05. The inside was clean and cozy with tables having a partition so you had some privacy during your meal. I liked the set up.Drink variety was better than most with a machine, see photo, with numerous different options.Ordered a triple meat with cheese and no bun. Came with fries and a drink. The fries were very good, fresh hot and crispy. I would give them 5 out of 5. My meat Pattie's were not hot, kind of slightly above room temperature. Not sure if they premade them? Not hot but had a good flavor. I would rate 4/5.Total was $13.75.I have been disappointed at Wendy's before but I would rate this one 4.5.I need to try them again and get the baconator next time.

I love this location, it's well managed and the food is always good. However I am deducting a star because I *frequently* order takeout and pay the upgrade to make my side a Baked Potato. When they are out they *almost always* just give me nothing with my order, when it would be easy to at least make a substitution. Bacon Cheese Fries instead of Bacon Cheese Baked Potato would be just fine.I know stuff runs out and potatoes take a long time to cook and don't hold for very long, but at least put some regular fries in the bag. They would come with the combo if I didn't pay $1 for a potato, so it's weird not to include them. I wouldn't mention it all if it happened seldom, but it's more than half of the time I order.

Placed order on the app. Drive thru speaker told me they couldn’t find my order and to pull up. I gave them the order name and they told me they didn’t have it. Without offering a solution or help, they took the order of the person behind me and ignored me. After confirming it was the correct store address I was still not offered any solution, I would have happily just replaced my order. Cashier was clearly annoyed with my situation and I left without placing another order. Can’t get a worse customer experience

I went to the Wendy’s 2/27/24 at 12:32 pm and The girl at the drive thru with Brunette hair was beyond rude!! Her attitude was so ugly and I loved the use of vulgar language when the machine wasn’t working for her. I mean, I am not a saint but I know not to use curse words in front of customers. I would love to give a name but I wasn’t given a receipt nor given the total. I’m not even sure how much I paid. I would have liked to order more but her quick to “pull forward” after every sentence, I just couldn’t. After our transaction when I said “thank you” I got the window slammed in my face. Yeah… this place was real great. Definitely will NOT be back

Closed the store 1.5 hours early. Left the sign on and just ignored all the people lining up. Will never go back and will convince anyone to avoid this place. Hope they go out of business soon.Bad food, bad customer service, bad cleanliness, now more expensive.

Don't go here!!!! The drive thru cashier on Saturday Feb 10th around 6pm stole our debit card info and charged over $600 worth of stuff at random stores! This has also happened to others at this location. Beware this sketchy

My coworkers had the worst experience with this Wendy's. They yelled at them in the drive threw after hearing they had a coupon, both employees had brunette hair; one had a osu sweat shirt. They slammed the cashier window in their faces and give the wrong frosty and lied about it being the right flavor. It was overall just horrible customer service. Neither one of my employees said anything to them further... Just so they wouldn't get anything else wrong.

Ordered ahead in the app. At the window they said to pull ahead and wait and the food would be right out. Waited over 20 minutes before going in to ask where the order was. Turns out it was sitting on the counter. Two cars came and went after us and no one was in the lobby so it’s clear we were just forgotten about. They tried to give us the food that had been sitting there but we demanded they remake it fresh. The manager initially refused but ended up remaking it. Will never return to this location.

Worse burger I've had in a long time. Quality goes down as the prices go up. Twelve dollars for a small tasteless burger and fries were not fresh. Never again...
