Really nice and friendly employees who are good at their jobs. I haven't found myself having to wait very long either. The building is also beautiful to look at from the inside.

I’ve come to this location a couple times before, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience, but I absolutely have to give a shoutout to Reyna for helping me get back on track with my credit card payments! She was very knowledgable about my options and ultimately helped me decide on the best fit for my situation. It’s rare that I get to walk out of a bank with a smile, but these folks will get you taken care of.

Customer service is always fantastic at this location, but they are severely understaffed. Expect to wait 20-40 minutes in line every time you come here.

I really love this bank all due to a lady named Mary G. Each time my husband and I have came into this bank she has this vibrant, courteous and friendly demeanor. She is polite she is funny and very respectful she knows her job and has given excellent exceptional quality service. She is a great asset to this company and truly appreciate the great and rare to find customer support. Great job Mary keep being awesome!!!

I called the Wells Fargo 1-800 number to ask about getting an appointment for a Notary signature. They said just stop in at any Wells Fargo. I went to the San Marcos Tx Wells Fargo and was told I could wait for the banker. We waited for a while and the banker came up to me after her meeting to say she didn’t have time. I could wait for an hour, but she didn’t know if she would have time today to see me. She didn’t have 1 minute to look at the page to get Notarized. I have been with Wells Fargo for 34 years! I guess that isn’t enough time to take a minute and help a customer. I am just very disappointed in the service provided. I wouldn’t recommend doing any banking at Wells Fargo in San Marcos Tx. A -2 experience!

Where do I begin, every time I come to this location I end up spending longer than an hour here, for simple transactions. It shouldn't take me an hour to stand in line to deposit my money- especially when the atm is broken down at least 75% of the time. I waited an hour and a half before I just decided to go to my car and switch to a different bank over the phone (by the way it only took 40minutes). Don't get me wrong the staff here is lovely, people are nice and friendly, but you're going to need more than 2 bankers to run the show. In addition the building is run down and the only thing holding it together is the brass clock that hangs in the middle. I would like to be optimistic for the sake of the workers, but them and the clock are the soul reasons it hasn't fallen apart yet.

Consistently understaffed. Staff that is on hand is generally friendly, for what it’s worth. Hope management sees this and hires more tellers!

Trying to close 2 accounts. Had an appointment but was told to reschedule because they took a walk in before me and now had no time to see me. I was on time! Last time I was the walk in and they told me to make an appointment because they don’t see walk ins. Incompetent place go elsewhere for your banking needs

For the love God, can y'all train your staff on how to do their job? I came in today unfortunately. I was making the deposit for my employer, I handed a deposit slip for $158 but gave $160 in cash. I got no change back and the extra was not left in my account. I get it, its $2, that's not the point. This is not the first time that the teller can't figure out that I am to get change back, its not even the 5th time. I wonder how many times a day Grace doesn't give the change back. Where does that money go because it's not in my hands or my account. Its really not that hard but for some reason out of all the Wells Fargo I go to, this is the only one that can't get it together. I can't wait until my employer switches banks because I know 2nd graders with better math skills.
