“I called them Monday morning (Labor day) to find out if they had a watch in stock. They did. it was a watch for my husband and at a really good price. They offered to hold one in our name and we went up there and purchased the watch.We looked around the store, and I saw a watch I liked, but thought at the time nah Im good.I get home and just look the watch up to see how much it is and find its discontinued on Citizens watch site. Can't even get it any longer. At this point I am kicking myself for not purchasing while I was there. Husband says, "Call them and see how much it is."I call them and its at a great discount. But I don't want to drive back to San Marcos and Labor day sale ends. So I ask the guy half joking because I figure its gonna be a no, "Do ya'll take a card over the phone and ship?" He said, "Ya know I think we do, but I am new so let me ask for you!" He comes back a minute later and says, "yea we can totally do that." 10 minutes later he had taken payment information and assured me he would have it out the door the next time he saw the UPS man. And the shipping wasn't horrible either.That was Monday night. Today is Wednesday. and I already have the watch. :) I am a super happy girl. I never thought in a million years they would do it. But not only did they, they did it happily! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.We love going here. They aren't pushy at all. Are super knowledgeable, and will let you try on and look at as many watches as you want.Wonderful experience! thank you!”
