Knowledgeable, courteous staff who genuinely care about providing great service. I came to replace a battery in a watch purchased several years ago at this watch station. A few hours after the replacement, my watch wasn’t keeping good time so I returned. Santiago Soto helped me select a new watch that suited my tastes while patiently accommodating my two wiggly toddlers. Santiago was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommended him and his team.

I had an amazing experience at The Watch Station San Marcos location . Santiago was a delight to work with and helped me through my entire experience . I purchased the deco II MICHELE with pink face and I am ready for Spring !! I would highly recommend this location.

We drove an hour to get here to exchange our watch and the store wasn’t even open on a Saturday at 10am. We’re here right now and no one’s answering the phones and the doors are locked. We’ve been waiting an hour for the doors to open.

I bought a Zodiac watch with a saphire crystal from Marlo. 70% off MSRP. The battery was dead and Marlo put a brand new battery in for me and resized it. Great customer service! I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a watch!

Stopped by the other day to get a few batteries replaced in my watches. Frank and Damien, the manager, were great. One of the watches was a bit more challenging and required more time to get it working. I had plenty of time and planned to do more shopping so I said I would come back before closing. They felt bad for the delay and that I had to come back a second time for the watch. So they did not charge me for my battery. As I drove off, I thought one watch might not be working properly. I called the store and Damien took the time to actually teach me how to use the many other gesture on the watch. Who knew!!! I just used it to tell time but he showed me many other things that my watch could do. I just appreciate the time they took to get my 3 watches working. It seems silly but not many places give great customer service anymore so when I find a place that still has great service, they deserve my future business.

Thanks to Watch Station for helping me find the best watch. They were very patient with me although, I can be very picky they new exactly what to do. They describe and explained everything thing the watch can do and even facts about it. Will definitely be going back!

Rude Rude Rude !!Don’t waste your time coming here as soon as you walk in you get greeted with sarcasm and rudeness.I will definitely not be spending any money at this place. I did get to see some of the watches from outside the window. Over priced knock offs as well!!
