Might be a new girl but she has red hair with a nose ring and is young. She is extremely rude with customers laughing behind the counter when they are having an issue of different products. Unprofessional.

I used to drive out of my way to come to this location because the staff was wonderful. All new people and they are extremely rude. They resent when asked questions and become angry if you ask them to check prices with discount cards. Today I made her do this and it saved me $100. She was not happy with me for asking her to do this. Whoever is in charge of the pharmacy customer service needs to fix this problem. The people were rude twice before as well. I'm moving my prescriptions to cvs.

Regarding the reviews about the pharmacy closing early on a Friday afternoon: I was at Walgreens that day and got the impression that something made them close early and that it wasn’t planned.PROS:1. The pharmacy is now open on Saturdays which is a HUGE plus for me. 2. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years and I have never had a bad experience with a store or pharmacy employee, 3. They offer drive-thru pickup if what you’re picking up is small enough to fit into the window’s delivery door. So if I’m contagious and too sick to go inside, I can pick up my prescription as well as a can of Campbell’s soup and a pint (or 2) of ice cream at the pharmacy drive-thru, 4. They have an impressive, recently upgraded, frozen food section, 5. I appreciate the USPS mailbox.CONS - Pharmacy OTC inventory issues:1. I am rarely able to take advantage of yellow tag sales because each qualifying item I need is either out of stock or they only have one of the items in stock and have no other alternative item, 2. The pharmacy’s OTC inventory in general needs improvement as they are always low on popular items. For example, they offer numerous varieties of bandaids but their shelves for those items are often either out of stock, they’ll have one box in the right size but it will be torn open, they’ll only have the size I need available in a combo pack, or they won’t have any bandaids in any normal size in stock at all because the yellow tag sale wiped them out. Vitamins are the same way. For example, they have a place on the shelf for valerian root (far right, bottom) and yet, I have never seen it contain a bottle of valerian root and I look every time I’m in the store (1-2x/week).

I for one cannot wait until this awful company inevitably goes bankrupt. A wide variety of OCT medications priced 4-5x what I found a mile away at HEB. It's not convenient or competitively priced. Everyone should steal from here as often as possible to help further this corporations demise.

This store is ran unprofessionally. I witnessed the store manager spazzing out on employee causing a HUGE scene at the store. I asked one of the workers if this always happens and he said yes all the time. I feel bad for the workers. Someone has to do something about this. Very very unprofessional and unsettling.

I don't appreciate Amanda's sour attitude towards the customers! She truly gave me a bad experience with that foul mouth! From being out of state and that being my first experience of Texas I truly don't appreciate it. She could've handled the situation with the customers differently. Hopefully next time I come in it will be more family friendly! But do better Amanda

I know I'm not supposed to play favorites, but this girls smile makes my world a better place. Nobody likes to go to the pharmacy. Typically it means you're under the weather. I'm no different. What's different is the greeting at Walgreens San Marcos RR 12 & Craddock Rd. Jae is so amazing. She's kind & thougtful every single time. Everyone in the pharmacy is great, but she just goes above & beyond. The kindest soul.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years and it has turned into the worst and most unhelpful place possible. They’re negligence and laziness has cost me hundreds of dollars and nothing is ever filled on time. I have also found their pharmacy staff particularly unkind and unprofessional. I look forward to never coming here again!

Got a Covid test done at 11:15 and was told I'd have the results in 2-3 hours. 6 hours go by still no response, so I call the store. The employee on the phone told me the pharmacy closed early at 3 and they didn't do my test before they left and it wouldn't get done until Monday. Least they could've done was tell me so I could've gone somewhere else instead of wasting all day waiting for my results from them. Go somewhere else if you want any testing done.

Unprofessional, Incompetent staff, the pharmacist told us the system is not working... so leave and come back on Monday, I think she didn't want to do it!!! lack of basic moral values.
